Here are my 8th, 9th and 10th DESIGNS... I honestly am unable to choose a CW whenever I have multiples, so I went with designs instead. After Parures de Samourais, which is my favorite design of all time, the ones I’ve shown each day are in no particular order of preference.

On my list there must be an Annie Faivre as she is the designer most frequently represented in my collection. I chose Zenobie Reyne de Palmyre because all the CWs of this design are a marvelous dialogue of colors. The borders with various graphics including graceful stylized palms are glorious when tied. But, probably above all, I chose it because of my fascination with jewelry, especially vintage, antique and ethnic jewelry and the illustration depicts the jewels and objects that belonged to the ancient ruler of the Palmyrine Empire. I own three Cws of the 90 and one shawl which I adore and which is probably my favorite of the four if I had to choose

Next is Daiske Nomura’s C’est la Fete. I had to include a double sided scarf and this one is a treasure. Ties beautifully... The brooding colors and silvery graphics are amazing... I love the twinkling stars and wonderful striped borders and edgy vibe of the design. And, my favorite holiday is Halloween and the slightly macabre, steampunk feel deeply appeals to me. I am lucky to own two double-sided 90s

And, while not the biggest fan of the original edition of Hermes’ most iconic design, I adore the variations on the theme that have been created through the decades. The original Brides de Gala was created by Hugo Grygkar on my birth year, so it also has special significance. I own these reissues: BdG Love, BdG en Finesse, Brides Fleuries, and BdG Shadow, but my all-time fav is Brides de Gala Shadow. It is one of the most striking, elegant, versatile statement pieces I own

Your Zenobies are amazing. I search for the turquoise one from time to time. It’s lovely!
Plumes en Fete just missed making my 13. Remarkable because I own 3 (two 90's, one CSGM) and love them all dearly. So my honorable mention of the day goes to ...

The green hem is perfect on this colorway.
I’ve been enjoying using my Maxi-Twilly Slim (Animapolis pattern) to spice up my Zoom meeting looks. I’m excited to finally be picking up another scarf in this format this weekend, especially since people will still be seeing me in a video screen for a few more months.

So I have posted eight must-have scarves. Here are five others.
Coup de Fouet Au Bloc. This is my sweetest 140 and I just adore it with the rose, burgundies, blues and grays, and the little border flowers. And of course, the four horseheads. It’s an exceptionally comfortable scarf and I always enjoy wearing it.View attachment 5114919
I have a few Ledouxs and I love them all but my very favorite is L’Hiver, on which I have gushed here on many occasions. The composition and artistry is so beautiful and the border is just gorgeous.

I could not get by without a truly personal grail for me and another equally favorite Ledoux, La Comedie Italienne. All those delightful Commedia dell’Arte characters!
View attachment 5114929
No Must-Have 13 list could not be complete without a Christine Henry! I have a few, but my dearest must be either Axis Mundi and Rives Fertiles. View attachment 5114932View attachment 5114933Left out is Animapolis, Les Mustangs, Index Palmarum, Les Ballets Russes, and others. If I were to review my collex in a month, I wonder which I’d select....

It’s been a fun week with you all!
Such beauties! I love your Ledouxs.
Yesterday was one of those days, but everything is under control now and I’ve caught up!
Now where was I? Oh…
Numbers 7 through 12
Offrandes d’un Jour in this gorgeous green
View attachment 5114833
L’Art du Sarasa - a gorgeous neutral
View attachment 5114834
Faubourg Tropical - another gorgeous neutral
View attachment 5114835
Cache Cache Fleuri - blue and makes me smile.
View attachment 5114836
And my 2 La Rosee - the pinky-orange because it was a HG and the first scarf that made me cry when I saw it. The Stormy blue because it is still the most beautiful thing I own.

Now… what will Lucky Thirteen be?
That green Offrandes d’un Jour is incredible!

I started to collect mousselines a year and a half ago and they have stolen my heart. So any list of my favorites will have to include my favorite moussies. These are the last three to complete my Baker’s Dozen.

I will begin with my first and, to this day, favorite mousseline: Dimitri Rybaltchenko’s Offrandes d’un Jour. The exotic, wildly colorful florals on the black background make for a masterpiece that is romantic, striking, and so easy to wear. Here are two knots made with this beauty

Another amazing mousseline in my collection is Alice Shirley’s Under the Waves. I am lucky to own two CWs of this masterful swath of silk that depicts the rich and colorful underwater paradise of the Great Barrier Reef. The blending and intermingling of the patterns as the silk is folded adds a dimension that appears as liquid and complex as the ocean

Finally, this year I bought two stoles for the first time and am in awe at their beauty. They are Wlodek Kaminski’s marvelous La Voie Lactee. The colors of these changeants are beyond description. Dramatic and enigmatic, they are true showstoppers. I also own the glow-in-the-dark 90 edition of this design and must include it as it is one of the most rare and unique creations in Hermès history

This has been a very beautiful week.
I've never seen the Kyoto Marble MT before. How lovely it is!

As far as I know, the first two marble scarves never made it to my shores. The 3rd one: a single piece arrived at my home H and was immediately reserved for a client. My own dear SA barely caught a glimpse of it.

Fave scarf #12 is a representative of a weakness I have. When in doubt about which cw to select for any design, I gravitate to blue+red. I have a rather large number of blue+red scarves, and they go with most of my office wear since the dress code in my company is very casual. The rep for this cw is Corinthe because it took me a long time to find this design, including one missing in the post incident.
PicsArt_08-03-10.27.35.jpg
I started my selection of 13 with a Mythiques Phoenix in yellow and purple and will end with a phoenix too. The yellow+purple cw was the last 90cm MP I bought from the resale market because I thought the colours would clash horribly. I was wrong and it has since become a go-to scarf for me.
#13 is of course the anthracite cw, my travel stalwart, as well as a very educational scarf colourwise for me. I had put it in the category of black/white till I actually got my hands on one and saw for myself the subtle range of the not-black/not-white palette.
PicsArt_10-15-06.40.39.jpg
For comparison, here are the 70cm and the pareo which are mainly black/white/grey. Not the same :amuse:

It is very beautiful, and I am very lucky.
(I may have said to my lovely SA that I was prepared to crawl over broken glass for it. And...err...I also got the horsey one that came out at the same time (but missed out on the original Balade). They had the Constance in this silk as a display only item in the window at my store recently...I took a long, loving look at it.)
