Both very nice, bunnycat. Love the cw if Animapolis. I really wanted this scarf when it came out, waited because I wasn’t sure it would have ‘staying power’ for me, but I’m finding I really love it so there may be one in the future, Who knows?

@xincinsin Thank you for the welcome And I too have a small obsession with bunnies - any tips on scarves to look for that include them? I am hoping to eventually find a Jardin Anglaise twilly or scarf with those cute bunnies in the corner!

Took me forever and a day to get that moussie 140, originally wanting the pink CW but happily settled for a more orangey one - my most expensive scarf so far as I bought brand new but from a reseller, a very lovable scarf - happy hunting

I have found the best yellows on older Hermes designs... This is def one of them

My Voyages en Russie with a leather keyring made from the salvaged reindeer leather from the Metta Catherina which sank in 1786. The method of making this leather was lost in the Russian revolution but has now been recreated as closely as possible by a tannery in the south of England and is used by H in the form of its Volynka leather.

You always have something fascinating to share!

Today I wore my first scarf purchase of 2020: Fleurs d’Indiennes. So, I ended 2019 with Aline Honore’s PdS and began the year with another one of her amazing designs that had been long on my wishlist. I found this one at the Antique and Jewelry show where I met @eagle1002us a couple of weeks ago.




I was amazed to see Le Voyage de Pytheas at a re-seller site for only $175 (with coupon I hadn’t used). Long on my Grail list, just not in this CW, but couldn’t pass it up at this price. I was disappointed that it is lighter than I imagined when it arrived. But, the design is so amazing, and it will work beautifully in summer




This past weekend my daughter found this at a consignment shop and sent me a pic. I ran over the next day hoping there would be more H scarves, but this was the only one. Of all the Panoplie Equestre CWs, I had never seen or considered this one, but it is beautiful. I was surprised to see the chevrons are a very dark brown as they looked black in the pics

Congrats! At first I thought that the VdeP was the same cw I own, but on closer inspection yours seems to have a lighter blue hem. Mine also has bits of purple in the mosaic border. All the CWs had pretty pale central area of this scarf. I usually wear mine to highlight the mosaic border as the pale center is not that great with my pale coloring.

That brown and lime Fleurs d'Indiennes HS is absolutely fabulous! It is so beautiful and colorful. It's been on my wish list for a while but to motivate me further I printed out your picture of it draped. Just for the fun of it I propose that you also get the one in purple and lime (just to round out your collection). They are equally vivid. I couldn't say which one I like better. And if you already have the purple one, I bow before you in homage! (Maybe your find will motivate me to stop sleeping in when I could be out tracking down such beauties!).
