My very best wishes to everyone for the New Year to all SOTD regulars, occasional posters and newcomers alike  .

The SOTD 2021 thread is now open and ready for business:

The new theme commences tomorrow (3 Jan - whenever your time zone gets there) but there's no reason why you can't post earlier if you want.

Thank you so much! And, always happy to be twins!

Thanks so much!

So many lovelies! I adore your Savana Dance CSGMs... Sigh! And, the yellow flowers on the border of the Zambeze is the most amazing pop! What a glorious CW!

Aaaah! These pics are great... Many thanks for sharing!

Thanks so much!

I always love to see your Ndop! Such an elegant and versatile CW... It never came t my store or I would have surely snapped it up... And, I must say that ELeC is one of my favorite designs ever... Such strong graphics and so wearable! I own one CW but would love to add a second... Love yours!

Great examples! The Carre en Carre is fabulous... Ties so beautifully!

That brown CW is fantastic!

This CW was actually my favorite, but I really needed a mostly blue scarf at the time, so went with mine... Yours is such a striking beauty!
Thank you fifi!!

I always LOVE seeing your BdG Shadow! You tie it wonderfully.
I am kicking myself for re-homing my Flowers of South Africa in this colorway. It looks gorgeous on you.

Working from home now but decided to put on a scarf this afternoon since it is Friday. This one was the first I ever bought. Testing my orange boite lipstick for the first time.View attachment 4702679

You have a marvelous collection Ms. Cookie!!
:heart:Thank you, dear. I feel better today and my goal today is to fix the sewing machine so I can start to sew masks for my family and employees. There is a long article about why we should wear a mask. I attach a picture if not appropriate Mod can remove it.
May I share something I did yesterday, please.
the masks I sewed ( by a Lock machine and hand-sew) have an opening under the chin to insert a vacuum cleaner bag ( I cut them into a sheet That big enough to cover mouth and nose)
Stay healthy and safe everyone.:heart::heart:

Oh, I wore Jardin sur le toil (because I miss French so much.) and on top of that Tout en Carre medium to keep me warm.
How wonderful that you are able to do this and thank you for sharing the chart. I have been using a makeshift mask from buffs I use when cycling during windy weather. Now I plan on working a vacuum bag in with this.

And Tree of Song twilly worn with a men's cotton/silk. Technically this one is MrBcat's, but is yet another one I pilfer on occasion. I added the twilly on sometime last year, but keep forgetting to add it to the twilly thread. It's soooo pretty!

I have several cws of Fleurs d'South Africa - it's a very wearable pattern -- but I don't think I've seen the one you're displaying. Can you show it flat? TIA.

Both are so pretty!

Double Sangle is half Joachim Metz and half Virginie Jamin.
TBH this is a purchase I regret, it was one of the first H scarves I bought and I didn't really know too well what worked and what didn't at that time. Have worn this maybe 3-4 times total in one year. Been trying to rehome it but given the situation it will probably take ages...
