My very best wishes to everyone for the New Year to all SOTD regulars, occasional posters and newcomers alike  .

The SOTD 2021 thread is now open and ready for business:

The new theme commences tomorrow (3 Jan - whenever your time zone gets there) but there's no reason why you can't post earlier if you want.

Ac couple of other Armore Artist. Pardon the lighting. It's been very dark and drizzly out!

Savana dance paired with Ex Libris mousse bandana:

And Tree of Song twilly worn with a men's cotton/silk. Technically this one is MrBcat's, but is yet another one I pilfer on occasion. I added the twilly on sometime last year, but keep forgetting to add it to the twilly thread. It's soooo pretty!

❤️ So cute! The moussie bandana is such a fun scarf! ❤️
Here you go @Cookiefiend ! I couldn't find good light for a picture so I'm also including the H.com product shot, which for once is reasonably accurate for the color.

Oh thank you! I love the cool green color in there, it’s a perfect lil zip of minty green!
Thank you so much!

Thanks so much!

Such a great design

Love this look! Perfect shade of lipstick

Thank you so much!

Hahah... Well, my makeup has been greatly modified lately.. I only apply eyeliner and do my brows, but no more lipstick due to the masks!

The New Springs is fantastic in this CW!

This is fantastic! What a great project!

This is wonderful!
Thank you!
Two of my favorite takes on the classic Ex Libris motif which was first used on a carré design by Hugo Grygkar in 1946
Ex Libris en Cravates, designed by Louis Bouquin for the Spring/Summer 2017 collection

Lovely and congratulations!
So cute!

Thank you fifi!!

I always LOVE seeing your BdG Shadow! You tie it wonderfully.
I am kicking myself for re-homing my Flowers of South Africa in this colorway. It looks gorgeous on you.

Perfect match!

You have a marvelous collection Ms. Cookie!!

How wonderful that you are able to do this and thank you for sharing the chart. I have been using a makeshift mask from buffs I use when cycling during windy weather. Now I plan on working a vacuum bag in with this.
Awww - thank you! (I think the same about yours!)

Ardmore Artists from the Archives -

March of Zambezi

Flowers of South Africa
(Pardon the tag on the last pic.....I was thinking of re-homing a while back and was taking photos.
As usual I changed my mind and kept!)
Ooo the CW of the first MdZ is gorgeous!
Savana Dance CSGMs from the archives and a recent Savana gav purchase!
Darling gav!
I might need one of those!
❤️ Beautiful! ❤️

:heart:Thank you, dear. I feel better today and my goal today is to fix the sewing machine so I can start to sew masks for my family and employees. There is a long article about why we should wear a mask. I attach a picture if not appropriate Mod can remove it.
May I share something I did yesterday, please.
the masks I sewed ( by a Lock machine and hand-sew) have an opening under the chin to insert a vacuum cleaner bag ( I cut them into a sheet That big enough to cover mouth and nose)
Stay healthy and safe everyone.:heart::heart:

Oh, I wore Jardin sur le toil (because I miss French so much.) and on top of that Tout en Carre medium to keep me warm.
Tlamdang08 - what a great thing for you to do! Thanks for this information. The chart of the effectiveness of various materials is especially interesting. (I ordered vacuum cleaner bags this morning!)

We are just beginning mask wearing in public here in the US, and while I think it is a good thing to do, I will admit that it will take me a while to adjust to that.
