Hello everyone! (Finally got myself to the right thread!)

I am hopelessly behind now for yellow and sun week! Ack! Regular life has been a bit crazy this week and of course...tango to all weekend long for our yearly festival....so popping in to say HI!!!

And it wouldn't be a yellow week without the beautiful sun yellow border of Guepards. I imagine the beautiful kitties galloping and playing in the sunshine of the African plains!

And Rainbow Fbg doesn't have yellow in this CW, but marvelous rays of polka dotted sunshine from whence the fun stripey rainbow originates.

Adding my Zambèze to those we have already seen. This has a few different yellows in it, ranging from the faded neon yellow of the elephant's tusks to the in-your-face bright liliess in the corners. This is one of my favourite scarves because its zinginess never fails to make me smile.View attachment 4387776View attachment 4387777

Oh bunnycat that is a striking colorway of Guepards! Is it a 140 mousseline? I have the red but think I should have yours  as I’m really liking the yellows these days...

Thank you both essiedub and monteverdi! @essiedub - it is the 140 moussie and the CW was 12 Champagne/Jaune vif/Orange. I'm not exactly sure which of the colors the Champagne refers to because to me it should have been called yellow/orange/blue because the rest of it is mainly reds and purplish-blue.....

It is black on white - so we are twins! What other CWs do you have? Curious to know! I have this one only. It is a lovely design!
I have red with white, pink with darker pink, white with black and grey. The grey is very tonal and the detail of the design is harder to see so gets the least outings. The light is fading here so I’ll add some pics in daylight tomorrow.

Love! [emoji173]️
I almost forgot that I had this photo of my Guepards pareo. I don't know if I ever posted it before..View attachment 4389036
What a sunny scarf - perfect with your sunny smile!

Whoo! I have rushed through the last few pages of the thread so that I can post a couple of scarves in time. There have been so many gorgeous photos and once again I am in awe. I do have a few scarves with yellow, but these two are the stand out ones. Life is very tough now as I hardly ever manage to get out of bed. The weather is lovely and sunny in my part of England at the moment and I get quite sad because I can only see the sunshine through the bedroom window.

So, I decided to cheer myself up and wore these two - Au Pays des Oiseaux Fleurs and Au Coeur de la Vie - on the two of the only days that I was able to leave the house.

I don’t wear yellow very often these days but I look back to my 20s, in the late 1970s, when I had a pair of bright yellow dungarees! (No pics are available, which is probably just as well.)

@lanit I am also sorry to hear about your dog. I have never had a pet, but can still send sympathy for your loss.

Twins on your top scarf. I think of it as a very “ happy scarf”. Glad when you feel well enough to post!
