The summer silk is so light it feels like half the thickness of regular silk twill. I have 2 winter silks and love the heavier feel of both; but for SaP this season, I was determined to get it even in this thinner version! ;) I must say I'm very happy with it! It does not feel overwhelming at all - it's actually quite comfortable.

And the pop of ochre /yellow makes it a cheerful spring scarf!

Thank you so much! And I am looking forward to the modeling pics of Sangles en Zig Zag

I knew it was made by your Amsterdam friend. I would love to visit the shop whenever I go to Amsterdam in the future, but I know I’d probably spend a whole day there... LOL

This CW of Maharani is so stunning!

OMG that is so true!

This is one of the most beautiful CWs of Paperolles... and also of Zambeze... Such amazing silks!

What an amazing Zambeze this is! I love it in you and I would so love to own it as well! Sigh....
Thank you so much, fifi!

Beautiful set of scarves, dear Croisette! I especially love the Astrologie (delightful blue!), and the Selle d'Apparat Marocaine.

And thank you for liking my Paradis! :)

I bought once on eBay and it was too much stress for me, though everything went very smoothly. I prefer to try and buy in a shop.
Indeed, there are lots of colours, I am lurking some of them. The second hand shop had a pastel one recently, but it would look no good on me.
Recently, I saw on eBay a cashmere shawl. I have no idea whether it was authentic or not, but I thought it was stunning (it was light green if I remember correctly). I had never seen this design as a shawl before.
Ah yes! The shawl is amazing. I remember the first time I saw it. Unlike many 140s that just enlarge the 90 design, there's a whole border of extra figures surrounding the original design! There is one in BLACK that is gorgeous (calling @Croisette7). I finally found one in red (not my favorite, but people here like it, LOL!) with lots of yellow, so it's appropriate for this week's theme. I'll be back later with pix.

These are fabulous!
(I don't understand the Durer reference in Astres et Soleils. Is the scarf design based on something of his?)
