Dear Jbizzy, yes it is absolutely beautiful - I fell for the story behind it, hook, line and sinker - people outside the H universe will only see a bright, cheerful scarf, but we know, and probably love it because of it. To me it is also extra special because it’s my first “extraordinaire”, and the first in this format - I tend to hanker for the 140 silks/moussies - enjoy yours

Woefully off topic and hoping for forgiveness here among friends - bursting with joy - finally in the Balade En Berline marble club! According to the SA it was the last to be had in London - been anxious if the white would be glaringly snowy white, however it was soft and creamy, which suits me much better - now trying to wind down View attachment 4609194

It's a beautiful piece, I'm very carefull with it because of the light colors. I was hesitating with the blue one (cw06) but decided to chose colors a bit different from my usual ones.
I can't wait to see your modeled shots, they should be very inspiring as usual!

don’t have a 140...loving the bleu/noir! such a feeling of solitude & peacefulness...mixed with mystery because ...what will the sunrise bring?

Love your atmospheric description... I’ve seen and tried on the more colorful one at the store at a time when I wasn’t convinced about the larger silks. It is breathtaking, but I felt awkward trying it at the time. I’ve never seen the blue IRL or modeled, but I am intrigued and I want a larger silk or cashmere in blue. We shall see

These are glorious! Is there one that you prefer? It’s very difficult to choose, but I guess I would go with the lavender/blue one

I bought this shawl for DD, but she said she would prefer something more pastel or neutral in this format, so now I’m looking for something else for her and keeping this beauty for myself... Cent Plis des Miao. I think I’m done with fuchsia/pink shawls, though. SOTD for dinner as temps are pleasantly cool
