I can't wait to see it either, although I won't be buying this piece (patent leather suitcase is so not me...I'd be checking up on it every 5 minutes to make sure it didn't get scratched!)

Wouldn't the amarante kind of be a pain though, especially on a suitcase? I wonder if they will be less likely to attract fingerprints.

when will it be released ?

One of my SA's (and friend) who works at LV says that it will not be available for purchase until July 5. They have it in their store but, it's not slated for display (and for sale) until the 5th.

It really is a beautiful piece but, it's not so practical. You would have to be ultra careful with it when traveling. But, couldn't you imagine walking through the airport with it? Heads would be turning!
