I only know how SF works and most of their inventory ordered for the new season is done during Podium, that can be loyal client's wish list items as well as what the SM deems that would sell well for their area. Push orders can be special runway pieces or harder to manufacture (Smooth Barenia is a good example). Special Order is something entirely different.

Here's a Thread on Podium Order (PO) vs Special Order (SO)
Thanks a lot!

It's great that your SA and ASM are so helpful
BTW nice haul tdoay!!;)
My old SA might have been promoted, but she can still sell me on more things....

Sound like you are in the “ins” with the powers that be in SF. How many quota bags have you gotten from SF, if you dont mind me asking.

I'm definitely not a VVIP. I just got extremely lucky that my previous SA got promoted and goes to PO in Paris. I've got offered one quota bag at the end of last year. Truth be told I was happy with just scarves, SLGs and my Evie so I didn't ask for a quota bag. I only mentioned that I love heritage leathers and was told that they don't get them in very often.

Your old SA (current ASM) is a sweet heart! Although she was never my SA, she’s very friendly and always stop over for a chat when I’m at the store. She totally deserve the promotion! Overall, they have a great team at SF.

I blame her for my love of H because before working with her, I had murky feelings about other SAs. I now work with someone she recommended and it's definitely a lot easier of a transition. PA is closer to me, but it's just not the same as SF.

She has a way of making you feel comfortable and welcome.
A few of the employees at PA was from SF. You know the manager at PA was also from SF, right? I went to the opening party and the PA manager said to stop by again, but it’s hard to since I’ve been going to SF for so long. I guess it’s my comfort zone since I know almost everyone at SF and only a few at PA. However, it does seem SF have quite a few new SAs recently.

I like all the SAs there. It took me time and an SA change to find mine. I think you need to just go in and see who you jive with most.

Btw with CNY around the corner does anyone know if the store will be handing out H branded red envelopes again? I assume they may already be doing this.

Thanks! How did you do a SA change? I think they just keep ringing up the same SA for me...

Yes, the Store Manager and two other SAs that I know of have transferred to PA. I’ve said Hi to them. SF does have a few new SAs since some have left due to different reasons.

I will agree that SF is also my comfort zone

Hello, I am new here and just started with my H journey. I went to Hawaii last year and one of my relatives lives there and has a relationship with a SA there, every time she buys a B or K, she needs to buy about $7000 of accessories along with it, is it the same here in SF? I just got back from Paris last month and brought home my first B without additional purchase required (but of course I didn’t bring home just the B), now I can’t stop thinking about getting my first K so I want to build a relationship with a SA locally. Thanks!

Based upon my own experience and others, SF is based on loyalty and appreciation of the brand not $$$ spent. Now there are definitely categories that can help convince the SM to approve of your offer of a K. Best to find an SA that you click with and build your profile over time. Also do read others experiences in this thread for you to get a better picture of the SF location. HTH

Hi all the SF H experts! I finally started my H journey a month ago at the SF store. I am hoping to get a Kelly 25 in black or Etoupe in the future. From what I heard, it’s extremely hard to obtain one (a little deflated now). What do you guys think? Have you had any experiences getting a kelly 25? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks so much!!
