Just heard a friend’s friend who lives locally got a Constance as a walk-in with no prior history in the Palo Alto store. I also hear a similar story a walk-in tourist got a C 24 from the SF store a few months back. Just wonder what are your thoughts on that in terms of fairness of being a loyal customer but having to wait for one whereas there are some can just get as a walk-in?

There is no fairness
It's their call from the beginning
They need to retain and reward VIP plus regulars
They need to recruit new big potential clients
They also need to balance monthly sales figures
Personal quota

So you got it
It's all bout luck
