Agree with @acrowcounted . I have been told by my local US maison that jpg pochette is currently significantly harder. It’s not a question of spend alone, but whether a store gets them and demand

In my experience, I would agree with this. I've never gotten the specific bag I've requested, fully knowing that bag was sitting in inventory downstairs as my requests are bags they order in. I've lucked out with what I've been offered, but I've moved on from the store. If you watch resellers like JuliaRoseBoston who do live shows on IG from Asia, you can get NIB K25/K28 or B25/B30 for maybe $5K over retail. Go that route and get exactly what you want.

Better to book a appointment with your SA. They are open on Sunday, but it's private event. I don't think they allow walkin.

Yes, I picked up a B25 togo in etoupe GHW a little over a week ago. The last quota bag I requested was about 4 years ago and I had been waiting for Etain to come back. After getting an Evelyn TPM in etoupe a couple months ago, I realized etoupe is a much better choice for my wardrobe. I had an appt with my SA, we discussed changing my wishlist color and within 2 weeks, she offered me my exact specs.
