I had an appt with my SA for something else and he made the offer without me asking - I didn’t know I was an Evelyne TPM girl until I saw it
I think i meant to reply and didn’t! My apologies. In my limited experience, there is no rule for spending for a 2nd quota bag. In theory if you are a good customer you are eligible for 2 per year. If you get along well with your SA and enjoy some of the other items in the store (I love the shoes, scarves, and jewelry!) then continue to enjoy the brand and have fun shopping. Then your SA might just surprise you. My first and second bag was a total unexpected surprise, both times. I had no expectations, only wishes. Do be sure to let him/her know what you would like though. When the bags come in, the have to decide who will receive the offer and your SA may not try to get the bag for you if they don’t know what you really want. Also, if what you want is hard to get, a stronger shopping profile will only help you. This doesn’t mean dropping a bunch of money at once. It means being a regular shopper that demonstrates your love and loyalty to the brand.

Hello! I am relatively new to Hermes and I was wondering how's everyone's experience with giving a wishlist to their SA at the SF boutique. I have only started making small purchases with my current SA for about half a year (spent only 2k so far, hoping to go in again for a few small things this month). I am not looking for a QB (would love one of course but realistically speaking I know many other people are waiting ahead of me). I'd love a CTG or KTG at some point which I know it's just as coveted. When will be a good time to bring it up to my SA about it? Or should I just wait patiently until she asks?
CTG and KTG aren't considered bags, they're SLGs, much much easier to get. I'd just let the SA know you're interested in one. I shop at another competitive store in the US, and I remember when I got my KTG a while ago I only waited ~2 weeks.
Hi, I’m in the same boat and am pretty new to hermes with little purchase history. I asked my SA a couple weeks ago about a KTG. He said at the moment he didnt have any that he was able to sell - seemed like they were probably already reserved for other clients. He said he will let me know if my color combo comes in ! I am looking for a sought after color combo so I am expecting to wait a while.
