@Sweetpea84 Keep us posted on how it goes for you. My understanding and experience with the PA store is you need to be a mega spender in the Bay Area stores, and have a great relationship with an SA. There is just so much extreme wealth here, that a 1:1 spend is no guarantee of a B or K. Personally, I switched to shopping only in Paris, and it's worked for me so far.

This so true. I heard it’s almost impossible to get an offer with only 1:1 spend in cities like SF. Some you tubers say 2:1, or even 3:1. I also have 1:1 spent so far at the SF store but it doesn’t look so hopeful

Hi All, wanted to share since I also had a lot of anxiety if I would ever get an offer and thought about giving up. I started shopping in PA too and moved to SF and it's been ~ a year or so since I first started with my SA in SF. I haven't calculated but I'm probably about 1:1 - 1.5:1 and got a gorgeous dream bag at the heritage leather event. I think if you really trust that your SA is going to deliver (which is really hard) and you keep spending over time, they'll keep a lookout for you!

I will say i think the shipment of extra push bags really helped get some first time QB ladies get their first bags, not sure how much longer I would have had to wait (could stand waiting) if this didn't come in.

Ahhh I can’t believe how lucky I am to get all these great tips from you! When you have things added to your wishlist such as rtw or shoes - do you ask for it and get it shipped or do you ask for it and come into the store and have an official appointment for face to face contact? May I also ask what type of rtw items you like and have purchased! Rtw is all new to me

a mix of both on RTW, I purchased a handful of shirts. Brides de gala line especially in the black and white print is both so striking and classy, imo. I’ll look at outerwear next, my SA has this wool vest that I’m obsessed about unsure if it’s their uniform or something but I think it’s so chic lol. A few I found in the store and one had to be sent to me, especially when we nailed down my size (they run pretty small) same with the shoes. I insisted on coming in to try the shoes first since I wasn’t sure about the fit. Been into their jewelry line that last few times too in both silver and rose gold I love the dainty and delicate styling

I can somewhat agree to this. Especially in the PA store. I considered going there in one of my low days where my patience ran very thin haha I went to the store for a visit and I considered purchasing but I just didn’t feel the vibe. Connection with the SA is really important and yeah, I’ve seen a YouTube video by a local blogger detailing her experience, I think she was very specific with her list so it got really pricey 1.5:1 maybe more for her b25?

I had the same feeling. I resolved on waiting and simply checking in with me SA about inventory and not spend anymore. I mean I love the brand and everything I picked up but there were definitely a few times where I felt like they too would hint about needing to spend more or they’d hint onlooking at their other departments.. not sure if you noticed about wording/phrase changes too over the course of the campaign to get a quota bag? Lol maybe im Over analyzing or something but the use of words definitely changed every time I initiate the wish list discussion with my SA. I felt that I was almost there or that I was finally being considered when my SA told me on one of my follow-up that she was “working on it” — again this may be me over analyzing things (occupational hazard) haha

Will definitely keep everyone posted! Thank you!

Thank you! I’m going to research the Brides de gala line now :)
I love their jewelry too. I have a pair of simple rose gold earrings that I wear everyday and I recently got the finesse necklace that I absolutely adore! My Sa texted me earlier and had a mini Evelyn for me so I have an appointment to pick it up tomorrow. I know it’s not my a b or k but it makes me feel good that she remembers and thought of me so I guess this is a good start!

I attended the heritage leather event just to educate myself on all the cool leathers that I'm unfamiliar with (btw so obsessed with the barenia leather). It was so cool to touch and smell all the heritage leathers. And I wanted to catch up with my SA and buy some goodies. I really had no expectations because I've only set foot in the store a couple months ago and haven't been able to purchase any bags since due to supply issues. To my surprise, my SA took me to a room and offered my first bag, a B30! I almost cried / fainted on the spot from pure joy. I feel so lucky to have such a kind and amazing SA to do something like for me despite global supply problems, and probably being bombarded every second of the day with client requests. Surprises like this are what make Hermes and SAs so special, and I'll forever be patient and just trust the process moving forward :)

It is so nice to see so many locals get surprised with amazing offers this past week especially when our area is known for such wealth and high spending. It’s also interesting to read about others who started in Palo Alto and switched to SF…

Hi ladies!! My story is similar- I was visiting my SA last Thursday to buy a gift (I had my eye on a magnifying glass in the shape of an eye) and a Behapi bracelet and to discuss my Wish List. I expressed an interest in heritage leathers at that time and my SA invited me to come in for the event this week. I thought nothing of it, zero expectations, and was excited to return to see/learn whatever I could. I went in yesterday and was offered the most fabulous B35 in Fauve Barenia- it took my breath away. I’m still pinching myself. I have a B30 in Ebene Barenia Faubourg so I’m feeling whole in the Birkin department. Next on the list is a Heritage leather K28 or 32. The funny thing is I really have developed a love for the brand. I have a few home items, a tray here and there, a cashmere throw, that I cherish, too. The shoes are also amazing, imho. I’m going to try some RTW next, I’m a curvy, athletic type so not sure it it’ll be a fit, but maybe I’ll love that too?! I guess I went in with a destination in mind and turns out I’m really enjoying the journey. Thanks for letting me share my joy and surprise!!
