i'm very tiny: 5,248 feet 94,8 lb but if you say that with a winter coat is it impossible to wear it i think it doesn't be a good choice!

I wear my azur saleya pm on the shoulder most of the time. It fits well on my shoulder, even with light coat on.

same here i even wear a jacket fits well on my shoulder

I recently tried it and it fit on the shoulder but it was a bit awkward. It is more of a hand-held bag.
