I think you can use either mpa or 10% off. I always went with 10% off with both bags that I bought

Yes, you can use the mpa the same day you open the account. However, if you need to increase the amount they give you it can take 24 hours sometimes. You have to open the account in person at a Saks or off Saks store. I heard it is a 6 month no interest any time. They will have random promotions of 12 months no interest. There was one around Christmas time.
