Sac à Dépêches

I just picked up this handsome Sac à Dépêches (2-38) from 1999.

It's in great condition overall, but it's been stored empty. I wonder if I can breathe some life back into its shape with storage pillows.

I see a lot of model-specific pillows for ladies handbags, but not so many for the Sac à Dépêches. Does anyone have advice on where to find storage pillors for this bag? Also, when storing the bag, do I store it upright or laying flat? I notice the top seems to slump in a bit when I do.

It's beautiful - the leather looks like ardennes?
I keep mine stuffed with air pillows and store it lying on its back, so as not to crease the edges. Ensure the front most gusset is adequately full, so that the lock doesn't sink inwards over time.
