BCQueen: That should definetly not be happening, I'm curious as to which store you shop at in MI (pm me!) We recently changed and "what are you looking for today" is not a question that should be asked at all!

I always get the "what are you looking for today" question when I walk in. I also get bombarded with three of four SAs asking me the same thing and at times I just want to say...look, I came because I needed to see the bag in person and have done my homework online.

So finally after being asked what are looking for 6 times, I finally said it. I almost started laughing when I asked where the Soho Signature Multifunction Tote and the Soho Signature Large tote were...and the SA said...well I don't know what they are exactly, sorry.

I just think that if the SA wants to ask me what am I looking for, she should know what and where the bags are...

ITA. likewise in my case they should be able to know what i was actually talking abt. and if that's the case, i think it would have been a happy ending that day.:shrugs:

That's why I like shopping on-line. No pushy people. Although now that I am a regular at KofP Plaza, they tend to let me be. I think the stores hould have little nametags you pick up on the way in:
"Leave Me Alone"
"I Need Help"

I've always had nice SAs when I go there. Some can be nice and some just aren't. Do file a complaint if they aren't. People like that hurt the company's image IMO.
