The Queen is wearing her daisy brooch, which she breaks out on special occasions. It was a wedding gift from her late husband.

I thought the daisy brooch was a gift from the King of Sweden to Princess Ingrid on her wedding day to the CP of Denmark. It was made of jewels belonging to the CP Margaret of Sweden (Ingrid's mother) and I think Margaret or Marguerite means Daisy in French. Queen Margrethe was named after her grandmother and they were both known as Daisy. Queen Margrethe wore the daisy on her wedding day but did not own the brooch until her mother gave it to her on her 60th or 70th birthday.
