Hello, was wondering if anyone could help I am wanting to get a Herbag in the size 31 in either Rome or Florence while I’m there. I was wondering has anyone been able to get one, do they have any stock, or if they even offer you one if you ask and your experience in the store trying to buy one, I am new to purchasing from Hermes. Thank you!

I've been in that store a couple of times, staff is very nice though they always seem to be low on stock.
Last time they had plenty of Herbags and from time to time they get Constance too.
Hi! Unfortunately not they told me it is out of stock. I checked the florance and venice stores. I didn’t pre-spend though I rather save my money for my local store
I saw a picotin offered to a client in florance branch. I asked for it and was told the same “Out of stock”

I'm currently in Rome and I went to the Hermes store this afternoon to see if they had any Kellys, Constance or Picotin. The lady at the front took my name, after waiting a bit, a man came out and asked me what I wanted. I told him and he said "The Kellys are a wishlist item. How long will you be in town?" I said until Friday. He said ok, and that he would check the back for a Picotin but he was fairly sure they had sold all their bags today. He came back, said unfortunately the bags are all sold and would I please return tomorrow when the store opens and they should have more bags. I said sure and told him I would be back tomorrow.
So here is my question....I am here on a work-related trip, I need to catch a train to Florence tomorrow sometime. Preferably early in the morning. Should I go to Hermes early, instead of getting an early train and see if he has any bags for me? What would you guys do? My husband thinks it doesnt sound good for me to get a bag. But what does he know!

Personally I wouldn't risk missing a work commitment in order to get a bag. Would really depend for me on train schedules, my calendar for the day, but in this case since it's a work trip, those commitments would be considered above my personal ones. HTH!
Nope. Not for a Picotin and a maybe.
Work commitments outrank the vague possibility of a bag so I would pass.
