Just went to the Milan Store and it’s gorgeous. Plenty of bags on display and not for purchase.BKC”s. No appt is necessary, but all the SA’s were busy with other people. For bags you can only shop with the SA’s in the Leather Dept. More than 10 people were waiting around for a SA. Decided to leave and try earlier the tomorrow.
What I did notice is that they had a lot of SA’s in the Bag dept doing nothing.

Hermès in Italy is closed on Sundays - unless there are some events going on in Milan, they usually keep their stores closed.
The seasonal stores however in Capri and Porto Cervo are open 7/7 if things haven't changed.

Hello do you need to have an appoitment with the SA from Leather dept? And how does it work now in Milan if i would like ro have a 1st B. I can spend some thousands for jewelry, Slgs and scarves. do you know that i will be offered a bag? Thank you very much.

Hello thank you very much for your advise, i will definitely stop there. Anyway i have read an article from someone here that she scored a B on the first time in ROME. Do you have contact for a sympatic SA?
I would love to share my SA's name, but she told me not to because she's had a bad experience in the past.
Anyone in Rome is lovely, so I'm sure if you click with the right SA, they can work their magic.
But since you're willing to spend quite the amount, perhaps your best bet in Italy besides Capri could be Milan? They seem to be open to offer bags to tourists if they spend a large amount on other things

Ah thank you very much. After spending some thousands, if i dont like the bags they offer, may i make a wish and get back when they get the bag in store? Is it possible to wish a bag if i am only a tourist?

I don't see why not? It's alway the SA's discretion to offer you a bag or not.

Hi everyone, I’m heading to Rome and Florence in October and was wondering if I could get a mini Lindy there without prespend?
I have never been offered a B/K/C without a pre-spend. But, I have had been offered other H bags without a pre-spend in the past. I am in the US though if that matters. You can always try asking for it. Hope you can get your mini Lindy.

Thank you shall try asking for it. Reason I asked is because from where I am from, a mini Lindy can only be offered after B/K/C is offered.

Hi all,

I will be visiting milan, florance and venice in july. I was wondering how easy it is to get colored kelly togo wallet ? What colors do they have in stock recently?

Thanks.

Stock has been a bit low, but it depends when in July you're in Italy. Usually the beginning of the month is the best!

hello everyone,
I was wondering how long is the Wishlist wait on average is in Italy (Rome boutique) if I'm a new local (recently moved to Italy)? and does buying online count towards your spend/profile?
Also, I am wondering if the constance bag is a quota bag in Italy?

TIA

No, it doesn't regardless of country.

Visited Rome recently and there was a long line of 10-13 ppl to get into the store. There was a much shorter wait into the pop-up store for accessories but I decided not to go into either store. I went back on my last day (Saturday) and again, there was 12 ppl waiting for the store to open. After the store opened, I had to wait outside for about 30 mins before being allowed in. Once inside, there's another short wait for a SA but one is free to browse the store while waiting.

A SA came up to me while I was browsing and helped me with items that I was looking for. I was able to find a few items on my list that either wasn't ordered at my store or hadn't arrived yet. I didn't ask for any Women's bag so I can't speak to the availability of stock for that. On display by the leather section however, were two mini Constance in gator/croc, an Ombre mini Roulis in ghw, and a Birkin Frey 35 in black.

Service was pleasant and I enjoyed my brief visit. (I was in and out of the store in 45 min or so.)
