Thats how I feel too, Milan SA are very rude, It's feel like they look down on you or not interested on anything you ask.
I dont think you can get offer for B,K and C in italy as they are reserved for local or waiting list. I will PM you my SA in Rome
Rome has very low stock in terms of B/K/C lately, and I know because I usually just pop in and see my SA and she offers me anything that is available that day.. lately not so many deliveries she said... but anyway as a walk in, unless you spend a fortune in both Milan or Rome, no chance!! hth

Hi! I'm new and I hope it's okay to ask the collective wealth of experience here about something that isn't a bag. I would love to pick up an Avalon Bayadere throw in Milan, as I'll be heading there for a wedding (and using it as a gift) and prefer not to carry it around with me for several stops until the wedding itself. Obviously, this means I'm betting that they will have one to sell me, otherwise I'll be resigned to sending my gift to the couple post-wedding. Does anyone have any experience / know how common is it for the Milan location to have one available? Not incredibly picky on color, but ideally something not too bright! Thank you in advance!

, could you please tell me your sa name if you remember I will be there next week and hoping to find B30Visited Milan store during Thanksgiving for the first time, even though I've been to the city too many times to lost count. It was actually larger and nicer than I expected.
I was not offered a coveted bag, but they did seem to have many more options of non BKC bags to show. The display was limited but they kept bringing out more bags in various styles and colors to other customers while I was there chatting away with my SA. I felt like I took too much time with my SA when I was just getting two very small items. But travel buddy said it should be fine as my SA was the only one actually making profit at the time. Many customers entered but they all left without any purchase.
My SA said I feel so different from other customers (translations, "tourists") as all the others get so disappointed and leave with sad faces. I told her it's because I am quite used to rejections and have low expectations.I think it's a great store to ask for non BKC bags. I pretty much saw every style of bags shown to other customers, all in nice current colors. I've been to plenty other Hs in Europe where they literally won't show anything else than display or even avoid eye contact as soon as I enter the store. Milan was definitely not like that. My SA was cool and other SAs were very eager to help as well.
Hi Everyone - I'll be in Rome next month and just wanted to inquire if anyone had any recent experiences at the FCO airport store? I'm only (?!) after a Bolide so don't expect it to be too difficult to acquire if there is stock, but would rather just shop at the airport and then head home instead of lugging around a new bag for the entire trip. Any advice on availability of Bolide in Rome welcome as well. Thanks in advance!
+1 very rude SA in Milan. I went there looking for Evelyn. I asked: “Hi, Who can I talk to about bags”, the reply was: “Bags? No, you can’t! Oh I am joking”. It was so stupid. They try to put down customers, but look like fools themselves.
I had a lovely experience in Milan last week selecting a csgm with Veronica. She was so patient and helpful with me. In fact, she spent more time and actually gave me more feedback than I get at my "home" store. I know that some people prefer not to have the SA weigh in, but I actually like it. They were also very kind to my DH, parking him on a comfy sofa in the back while I shopped.
