I don't think the quality is lacking. But I do think it is frustrating to have a retail bag go on sale shortly after purchase. People were upset because they would see the bags that they just paid full price for show up in the outlets. So, Coach stop sending so many to the outlets. Now, they are sending them again but you can only buy on certain days, and you have to guess the day, LOL. I would just like them to pick a direction :)

Back to topic about the Rogue, hopefully they will make another bag that people are crazy over, and it will stick around for a while :)

90% of them will go to outlets. That is why I sit and wait it out. No rush for. They not gonna stop. You just have to be fine with paying fp and not worry about when another gets it cheaper because it will happen. 95% of my retail are from the outlet. Save save save

I completely agree - that’s what has me moving on. I was almost exclusively a 1941 shopper and they’ve stepped back from the launch quality.

It's what brought me back to Coach - it's all I buy from the brand.

I'm an LV loyalist (most of my collection is LV and will continue to be), and I also had a large collection of glovetanned leather Coach bags in the 90s so it's hard to look at Coach that isn't the Coach leather they became famous for...

I've had the Beechwood and Chalk Rogue 25 on my radar for a couple of years, but always held off because I prefer darker colors. I placed my order for it this afternoon, just couldn't pass it up at 50% off. Now it's just the wait for it to ship and arrive, and I'm officially heading to ban island!

Is it strange that I find myself slightly emotional from this news, I feel like an old friend is going away. This bag is a staple for me. I think it is just beautiful but I can see how its most likely sales, otherwise they wouldn't do it either it's not performing in certain markets or that it is performing better on markdown due to the price point. I assume they will come up with a cheaper/different version to fill the leather bag no logo niche at the $500-600 range. RIP rogue, I dont even think I would pay full price for MTO when there will be so many on ebay at a lower price point for the next few years. I see hundreds listed each week.

So, I just gave in and bought a 25 in black. I saw there was an extra 20% off a little less than a week ago, but missed out. Also, I wanted to wait to see what they would send to the outlet and see if I could get it for less, but really didn't want to miss out. This is my second rogue...have the original issue in chalk. I love it, but it's a bit heavy so I don't carry it often. I'll be a bit sad if I paid too much for it, but like others have pointed out, they paid full price only to see others get it for up 70% off. ☹️

I think 50% off is still a great price for a rogue. Getting it now saves you the hassle of waiting, hunting it down through the outlet system, and then possibly getting a bag in not the best shape. They seem to be shuffling the deletes back and forth from the back room a lot lately at the outlet which I'm sure is just causing damage to them.

When there was 20% off, the black rogue was only 40% off. So it’s basically the same discount. If you apply the extra 25 off coupon code, now is cheaper.
Save you a lot of hassle to try to hit the bag in outlet at lower discount. 70% off It’s basically by luck, most of the time even at outlet it’s still 50% off.
and you may get a bag in poor condition. (For example, dented, or returned, or missing hang tag).

For me getting mine at 60 and 70% plus a coupon is never never a hassle. I love to wait. I love hunting and all mine in good shape. As 95% of mine come from Jax. I had one back in recent come from an outlet store but it was great as well. For ME waiting for a $995 bag at 70/20 gives me life!

Waitin is not a hassle for SOME. 70% is never by luck its the fact that you are determined and thats ME. I only get bags at the outlet for 60-70% with a coupon. Some Ppl cant wait. I can and dont have one issue with it. Be doing it for years. Even when I worked there I waited for them to be deleted and purchase as customer at higher discount. It works for ME
