Congrats! I received my Ruby with wear on feet and no dust bag. I visited my nearest Coach store today and they don't have extra dust bag. Geez I have to call customer service again.

Congratulations on receiving a nice one! I was also one of the ones that received this exact bag in a very sad condition. It arrived with no stuffing or packing whatsoever, some pretty deep wrinkles and with no dust bag. The 1941 price tag was also missing and the pockets on the inside were unsnapped and unzipped, which kind of gives me the feeling it had been used.
I didn't want to risk getting another one after reading about other's similar experiences on here. It really is a shame because I love the color.

Your experience is even worse than mine. I called coach and they don't have Ruby in stock to exchange for me. I ended up keeping my Ruby even though it's very likely a display or return. I visited my local Coach store and report the missing dust bag issue and the SA told me it's not the first time she received such problem lately. The packaging department are not doing their job. Hope we can get better experience in the future.

I ordered a Rogue Tote on phone and I'm really worried what I'll receive.:oh: It sold out in my local Coach and I don't want to travel to nearby city to find it. Hope I can get one in perfect condition. Finger crossed.
