Received the Sunflower rogue w/ snake handles today. I love the color but the snake handles aren't doing it for me. They are much duller looking in person than the photo but maybe after some conditioner they would be brighter. Still....I guess I have the image of the hay colored rogue w/ ostrich handles in my mind that I think I would like that better. I just have to be patient and find one on the resale market at some point. I know they only made a set number but I did recently see one popup but I was too late on it. Patience to make sure I get what I really want. The bag is beautiful but the image of the ostrich handles is what I wanted so I'll be patient!

She's beautiful! It's unfortunate that you decided to let her go, but it doesn't make sense to keep it if don't love it. I'm not usually a fan of yellow, but I think I'm going to have to track this one down for myself.

Thank you for the style number! It wasn't coming up when I searched for Rogues. I've added it to my bag and will wait for a little higher e bates % to buy.

For some reason it never really showed up under the sale! I only found it when I found a link to online exclusives and then after a while they took that link away so it was kind of hidden. I’m so happy to have stumbled upon it! It’s a great color [emoji1]

So that style # 29437 shows whipstich handles on the site but yours does not have them @Syren? It is frustrating when pics on the site are not what you are actually going to get. I didn't order the single tea rose sequin charm in pink for the longest time because it showed brass hardware in the pics. Your rogue is lovely.

Yep you are correct, online pic doesn’t match. I was really excited for the whip stitching too. I was going to call and complain, then I read the bag description and it didn’t mention the whip stitching ... So I decided not to call because I do love the bag. I probably still should but I’m guessing they don’t have photos of the plain snakes handles so my complaining wouldn’t do anything.

I have the bag charm you mention! I ordered knowing it was dark copper from others pics of the charm but I honestly prefer the look with brass. Very annoying when pics are wrong.

Lottery lol. After this sale, I wonder if I become "the one who returns nearly everything" that I will automatically get every crap bag they have. I might not return so many if they wouldn't send me ones that are used or damaged. Not going to feel one teensy bit bad about sending the bad ones back.

But I did just send the sequin and the crappy second ruby one back today. I cannot keep all of them. The lowest on the possible usage list had to go and that would be the sequin one. I was afraid of it not getting there by the 15th so off it went. I did talk to CS and they said I have 30 days from received date to return items. Not date of order, which is better since I am not scheduled to receive the tote until the 9th. I did order the beechwood one as well since I was sure I wasn't going to get the black one. Now both are coming. Beechwood from the Post St. store in San Francisco and the black one from the 5th Ave store in NY. Those are both nice bigger stores so hopefully nicely packaged for shipping?

I'm not trying to single you out, but I'm seeing similar stories on TPF and cannot understand this mentality. You order knowing that there are too many to keep and that you will be returning some. But then you are upset when you are shipped someone else's return? Are you not contributing to the problem? What do you think exactly happens to the bags that YOU are returning?

I am really glad yours did. But isn't that crazy that it truly is a lottery? I received an awful one, had to go through a terrible return experience, etc, and then other simply get the bag you should be getting when you order from Coach. Kind of sad that it isn't more consistent. Enjoy your bag!
its true, when spending this kind of money , you should not have to worry about quality or receiving worn/used items. i was pretty worried but am really pleased with the outcome!

There is a difference between receiving a bag that is a return but in obviously new condition, and receiving a return that is in bad condition. Most people are okay with not getting a totally wrapped up bag if it is in the condition it should be in. I am not the person you are directing this too, but you should have seen the KH Rogue I received. It was awful. Had I received an unwrapped bag that was clean and nice that would have been fine. But to receive one with dust, wrinkles from use or being squished, and stains is just not right. Or if you receive a bag that Coach mishandled, why would you pay the same amount as someone else that gets a new bag in great shape? Like the KH Rogues here....some got a great bag, others did not.

Well if I had a store nearer than 6 hours I might be able to see them in person rather than have to order them to see them. If I receive a bag with all the packing material and know immediately that I will not keep it then I don't remove it or use it. And all the stuffing remains to keep the bag in good shape. I hate receiving a bag that shows little care in packaging or looks like it has been used. You are assuming I am one of the people who use bags and then return which is wholly inaccurate. If you have a store near you then lucky you.

Edit - I don't use any bag until I have decided to keep it.

What do I think happens to the bags I return? Someone else buys them and they are in the same shape in which they arrived to me.

What @Alexa5 said as well.
