I really like this Rogue a lot!! I have never owned one before.

Where did you see that one? Love it.

I have got to stop looking!! I found this one which is much more. It is the 36 at 30% off. I don't know if I should get it now or wait to see if it goes on the SAS. Does anyone have this bag? There are three reviews that are all good.

Oh, well. I'm luckier than you. I am only dying for the Rogue 25 with leather sequins, for which I would only have to put out $536 that I absolutely should not spend. Plus tax.

This is the regular size, not the 36. I ordered it when it first came out at 30% off and absolutely love it. Its even more beautiful in person. All the stitching is black too which really helps the sequins pop. The yellow stitching on my snow white black and purple rogue bothers me, wish it had black too.

I’m a very big fan of coach and I’ve fallen in love with their 1941 rogue collection. I just recently purchased the rogue 25 with rivets in midnight navy and the rogue 30 in black online from the coach retail website. This is the first time I’ve really splurged on myself being a broke college student. My coach purses have always been second hand purchases or purchased at the outlets.
I just received my rogue 25 yesterday. It said it was shipped from Sugar Land Texas, First Colony Mall. I always thought coach was typically shipped from the JAX warehouse, but I suppose the reason for this might have been because they were out of stock? Not sure. I’ve read posts where people received their bags “shipped from store” and it came damaged or turned out to be a floor model. So I was a little on the fence when I read my order status saying “shipped from store”.
Opened my bag yesterday and checked it thoroughly for any defects. I noticed one of the feet on the bottom of the bag were missing. I checked the box and even the dust bag it came with and could not find the missing foot. So instead of 4 feet on the bottom portion of the bag, there is only 3. There’s nothing else wrong with the bag. It has a light indent across the front of the bag sorta half crescent shaped, but I assume that’s from being packed in the box with the straps so I’m not toooooo concerned about that. I’m going to assume that’s normal?
I’ve read horror stories of people sending theirs for repair so I’m hesitant. Also I only live next to coach outlet stores and the nearest coach retail store is about 4 hours from me. For the price I paid, I’d love to have received it in perfect condition so I’m a little bummed out about it...
Not sure if I should just send it in for repair (what if it comes back with even more damage? scratches, dents, etc), send it in as a return and exchange it for the same exact bag, or just bite the bullet and do the drive to return the bag and exchange it in person so I can check the bag before taking it home? Sorry if I sound crazy
I know it’s minor defect. Maybe I should just put up with having 3 feet on my bag? Then again when I think of the money I just spent on these rogues and the bag charms for them too, I’d expect and hope for them to be sent to me in perfect condition especially coming directly from coach. Any thoughts?

Missing feet is not acceptable. You can call customer service and have them send you another bag.

I would expect it to be perfect for what it cost. I would send it back.
