I got the oxblood with the gold( butterscotch) suede on the sides and wipstitch handles I don’t think there is another one I could like more- it goes with everything, but I have been eyeing a blue steel and the melon was the first one I liked. The leather is addictively squishy

Awesome choice! I’ve always had my eye on this one [emoji7] I have dusty rose with suede sides and I think it adds such a nice amount of texture and interest to the bag.

Not really, no. It is a cool toned light blue, and you can definitely see the grey undertones, but it looks like a light blue for sure.

I thought maybe that color would go better with what I usually wear. I wear a lot of pinks/mauves/ reds. Love the melon with the contrasting handles.

It would look good with certain pinks and mauves because of the oxblood contrast interior. Red I am not so sure about. But hey, get a third Rogue to match that!

Oh it was that long ago? I tried to think back when it debuted and thought it was Spring of 2017. Dang. I just got mine NWT on E*bay in July, so I knew it had been a while. I had that bag on my mind for 2+ years???

I got mine in Spring 2017 via the outlet. I had had my eye on it for almost a year and was so glad I waited. [emoji4]

I think it’s a matter of color. If your rogue satchel was darker I bet you’d carry it more. I have the rogue satchel in black, oxblood, and denim and love it, have the regular rogue in grey suede and melon and barely wear them. I would never buy a chalk bag because it’s way too light and too much to look after. But I adore the rogue satchel
It’s my fave 1941 style and wish they still made it. You should try it in black or oxblood, it won’t disappoint!

Lemme tell you- Rogues are like potato chips, you cannot have just one. I was always a one style of bag each person, until the Rogue. They are a great bag. Which color satchel are you looking to purchase?

I think I’d like to get the black with the whip stitch handles, or the oxblood. The snakeskin handles I’ve heard need to be somewhat babied . I’m not hard on my bags at all but I don’t want to have to baby them either. I don’t stuff them but I like to have extra space in them.

I got mine NWT on E*bay and the seller clearly got it from FOS because I recognized the packaging with the 'F' on the sticker on the front of the plastic bag. Is it a sign I need an intervention when you recognize the packaging?

Thank you! I think that is the next one on my list that I want. I’ve found some nice NWT on eBay. I have all black or variations of brown mostly vintage coach. I gravitate to the darker bags too. I really like the contrast on the melon color rogue, but not sure if I’d really wear it much. I do like the washed red (older color) and the grey with darker suede contrast.
