I really hope the 1941 line is not going away as well. It is a great step in the right direction for Coach. I love having the choice of a great more premium bag and then the regular line. I even really enjoy my MFF bags, I can’t resist a cute inexpensive crossbody MFF bag [emoji23]

I may be in the minority here but I actually really like the Charlie lol But please keep 1941!!!

I like Charlie too! I've been carrying one all week, it's super light and actually fits on my shoulder. Plus the arrangement for the compartments is exactly what I prefer - 2 big open compartments and a thinner zipper one.

Love it! I wanted to get one during this PCE but all but the rose print Charlie are excluded. Oh well I will have to wait [emoji1]

Cooper is 1941. Here's a screenshot of one from earlier SAS showing the designation. Glovetanned leather and suede lining. It's on my wish list

I don't care what they call the line as long as they keep the Glovetanned leather and leather lining coming then I'm happy.

It is interesting that some of the newer bags seem to be hybrid 1941/Coach NY. Rogue with rivets description says natural pebble leather but has 1941 hangtag and suede lining, duffle has 1941 hangtag, but pebble leather and fabric lining, laural is glovetanned leather but microfiber lining. Not sure why the downgrade unless weight was an issue?
I do believe it is a weight issue for some bags. The newest duffle I just purchased last night is fabric lined and pretty heavy empty! If it was leather lined, I am sure it would be as heavy or heavier than my Rogue- filled.

I like the Charlie too. I think its the clean lines of the bag and the minimalist look to it. You can do a lot with it. And what irks me about that style is I have seen it on sale at dept. stores but never at Coach.....

Exactly! Lol I actually want the signature in rust, I was never a signature person but call me crazy I seem to like it on some bags now [emoji23] It’s a classic style that I think will look good for years.

It’s at Macy’s but I haven’t seen this version on sale yet! I could have missed it though [emoji1]

I think the 1941 line must not have been selling well if they're getting rid of it? A lot of the bags ended up going on sale, or is that just my feeling?

Meanwhile, it seems like the Parker sold really well.

I am also not impressed by the Dreamer or Parker. They're pretty designs, but when I saw them in person, so I was not impressed by the construction or leather. Some of the trim on the Dreamer was unfinished. To all the ladies that have these bags, they're beautiful bags at a great price, but I do wish Coach would continue with their quality.

Glad to hear they're not getting rid of Rogues, but I hope the quality doesn't drop. I'm really determined to get a regular size, but I've kept getting distracted these past years. At least they still have the Design Your Own Rogue option up, but that's at the very top of my budget. I prefer to have bags around $500 as much as possible!

Yes I bought the chalk one at Dillard's for $147 yet it's excluded from PCE. Makes no sense to me. FYI, turnlock Charlie is included if you like the new layout.

Because 1941 is pricey I guess? I don't think 1941 is selling very well here in Canada. Still a lot of sales items left when the SAS ended. They increased the price last month. Tea Rose Rogue with Snakeskin Detail is now priced at CAD $1900. Even regular Rogue is CAD $ 995. If a girl want to spend that $$$, she would go with luxury brands.

I adore the look of Charlie and Parker. Not impressed with the leather of them tho. The leather of Charlie is lightweight and feel a bit cheap imo. Still I think Charlie is very functional and I'm currently eyeing on Charlie with Rivets or Printed Interior. The biggest thing Parker bugs me is that leather flap wrinkles. Parker is very popular and I've never seen the Parker with Rivets. Parker in Canvas is also sold out in my local stores.

E46CAB9D-FBEA-4E75-B91B-6B28E6655CA9.jpeg I bought a Rogue 25 at the 30% off PCE event on September 12th. I chose the Border Rivet in the Midnight Navy color. Love it! While at the event, I did ask my SA if the 1941 line was being phased out. She said Coach is moving in the direction of incorporating some 1941 elements into the newer non-1941 model bags. Based on that, it does sound like this could be happening. I also find it telling that all Rogues (not just the seasonal colors) were included in the event. I hope Coach does not phase out the 1941 bags. These bags are really the only reason I stop in the Coach store.

I agree. It seems like the prices on some of the other styles have gone up or higher compared to the quality you are getting. Almost like they started to shadow price them off the more luxury 1941 line. I don't think the Dreamers are worth what they want. $695??? Not worth it. I'd save a little more money and buy something else.

So I bought a Rogue 25 in pebble leather this morning and was shocked when I arrived home to see that lining is fabric, not suede like my two 36. So from I read here, its normal with the new batch? They should update it on their website because it still says suede lining.
