Yes, they should be able to locate store stock, and either hook you up with the boutique directly, or be able to place the order for you.
Do you live near a store? You are probably better off going in person and having an SA track one down for you. I had my local SA track down a hard to find item for me at a store in TX recently.
When I'd called, they simply said they were out of stock and simply unavailable, end of story. Good thing this was already in my cart and ready to purchase!!!
Unfortunately, the closest store to me is three hours away. I called that store when I was looking for a Rogue 25 in Utility and the SA said there were 7 in the U.S., but she said it wouldn't let her order one for me. Then I called CS and they said there were none available. So I was left a little confused.
I'd call back another time. For the most part (besides this past time!!!), CS has been very very helpful in tracking down requests from previous seasons. Or contact a(ny) store SA. Best wishes!!!

I made the mistake of wandering into my local coach store today. Walked out with this beauty! It’s my first “big” rogue. All of my others are the 25 size. I thought those were smushy, until I filled this guy up! It’s LOVE.

I'd try calling another store. That SA should have been able to order it for you. Sometimes I call one of the stores in NY and they have the item I want! I think I called the Soho store.
Anyone have a Rogue 39 that they use their laptop for? My work laptop is a standard corporate issue Dell laptop 13 x 9 inches. I'm wondering if it fits OK in the Rogue 39 if I put the laptop in some sort of sleeve. Looking at the measurements online, looks like the bag exterior measures 15.25" x 10.25" high. I think with a sleeve on my laptop it will be a tight fit to zip the Rogue up. I would want the laptop protected in a sleeve since the bag isn't too padded or do you think it would be OK?
I was thinking of finding the Borough in moss green (the largest one they made) and using that but then thought the Rogue in Ivy is probably similar in color. I like that it isn't black like every other business bag. The Borough is 11.5" high so seems like a better fit.
