Received my bag from repair and I’m so disappointed. Why would they replace the hardware with something that doesn’t match?

Holy crap! That's unacceptable!! Can you take it to a store and show them what was done?

I have found if I use some Blackrock Leather n' Rich conditioner on the wear spots on black bags, that it seems to bring back some of the black.....only black though.

I purchased Handbag Raincoats in 3 different sizes so I never have to leave my Coach bags at home due to rain or snow. Ppl have complimented me on them. I like the totally transparent style so my beautful bags still show through. Worth the price to protect our investment!

Are you near a store? I'd be returning this. I've had one Coach repair, and they made the item worse. When I took it into the store, the SA and manager were embarrassed and tracked down a brand new bag for me.

Me too! This looks similar to steel blue but hard to know. The difference in the interiors would also make the blues appear differently. Looks like it's time for a trip to the boutique!

It's very close to Steel Blue. I have the Rogue in Steel Blue and a pair of Crosby Drivers in Marine. Marine is a touch greener, but it's faint. I don't think anyone would even notice that they aren't exactly the same colour when I carry the bag while wearing the shoes.

Thank you, Pagan! I remember the Steel Blue Rogue and I saw the Charlie in Marine in the weekend. Both are beautiful colours and they will compliment each other well. Your bag and shoes will so pretty together.

I loved the Charlie in Marine. Such a great work bag in a pretty spring colour. It’s on my list but only if it goes on a promotion.

I have gotten them at The Container Store website and on Amazon. They are great. I believe tbe girls who founded the company were on Shark Tank. Saw women getting soaked in the rain cuz they used their coats & umbrellas to protect their luxe bags.

Also, Coach repair actually lost? or ruined? my Large Market Tote which only needed small repair of cracked edging on back handle. At first they didnt see the problem after SA described it perfectly. Then SA had to start an inquiry over 2 mos later & suddenly I was being refunded. No offer to return it. Store was as mad as me, credited sale & I bought a new one.

Stitching came out of my duffle where strap connects on 2 of the four sides of rings. They fixed & it immediately came loose on one again when I got it back. I got out my own big needle & got the thread secured myself.

I've never met a Coach shade of blue I didnt like! Marine, steel, cloud, mineral, denim, lapis, navy...many others. You can't go wrong. I suppose as a true Coachie, I like just about ALL of the colors. That's the problem. Too many choices! Too few funds! I sometimes feel guilty, but then as vices go, there's worse than being a Coach addict, right? We ease our guilt by coming here to the like minded! LOL

Speaking of blue, using my Dark Turqoise Prairie Rivet Rogue 25 for the 1st time this wk. Got it for 50% off, & SA just helped me pick out the new gold signature C bag charm which matches the gold marquise rivets. I love it! Love coordinating charms to match my bags, from stores or eBay. It's nice you can personalize bags now, too. I like seeing what ppl do.

Wow, they've defeated the purpose of their own craftsmanship!!! That's awful.

I have used black shoe polish on a small spot. It was Kiwi in the little round tin. Has to be buffed so it doesnt rub off. I did it on a crossbody clutch I use as a cosmetic bag.

You can get them from BBB, online on Amazon, or their own website. They're out of most items but the basic ones are still available I think-
