Hi everyone! :D

So I had my black rogue for a little over two weeks and still haven't cut her tags. I don't necessarily think it has to do with the season (still gets chilly in my state) but rather I'm starting to think that maybe the black and mineral are too similar in color tone. I love the black and I don't own a full black bag. However, I really enjoy the mineral and I am starting to realize just how much a dark neutral it is. Plus the black handles make it much more so.

Thoughts? Anyone have both by chance? I'm going to post a photo side by side for better comparison sometime tomorrow.

I have mineral and love it no doubt. I bought cornflower as well but wish I got the chalk instead cause it's still on my mind...there's something about the two toned ones that's prettier to me. Maybe return black and wait for the saddle in May? Because In hindsight I'd trade cornflower for chalk but I've used it

Hello all - I've enjoyed reading your posts. I ordered the Rogue in chalk yesterday. Am terrified about the durability of the chalk leather, but love the black and white contrast.

This might be a dumb question, but what is JAX? I originally thought Jacksonville, FL, but can't imagine that everyone here is in that area. Thanks -

Did you keep it? I was scared too and got cornflower but wish I got chalk now. Lol

Hi Everyone!

I purchased mine in Chalk but now I'm second guessing it as I have a studded Edie, Borough mini and Ryder mini in chalk/white. I also purchased a LV Neverful in Damier Azur for summer. I purchased a Chole Marcie in black a few months ago because I don't have a black purse. I don't care for the Chloe and I think I should have purchased the Rogue in black with Python, and possibly the Cornflower. I'm just scared of the cornflower though. I'm not sure I'll be able to incorporate it in my wardrobe. I'm trying to branch out into color, but never quite make it. I think I have too many white purses now, and I want a good all around year bag. Thoughts?

The oxblood is a good neutral color.

The mineral is a beautiful color. Most pictures don't do it justice! And it's a very neutral color.

I'm in opposite boat, I bought mineral and cornflower but wish I bought chalk instead of cornflower. Lol. I have no white bags and the rouge screams to me but I got scared. Cornflower is beautiful in person not really pastel. Looks great with beans, white, grey and blacks. Even purple. I'm shocked it goes with a lot I just still have chalk on my mind

I have The Nomad Hobo in Oxblood and it's gorgeous. I just feel the oxblood just feels wintery.

I am not a fan of the mineral color..is it green? It always look different on every monitor.

I am leaning toward the Cornflower or keeping the Chalk, but I think I may sell some of my other bags, as I really don't care for the borough.

The Black/Python is calling to me though. That bag is outstanding!

I love my black/python! The matte black hardware is amazing up against the python.

I have the black without Python and love it. Would recommend seeing the bags IRL to decide - if there are stores in your area where you could do that.

Both Oxblood and Mineral are neutral in theory, yet they have quite a contrast w/ suede linings in orange-ish mustard-is color, with black handles. Three tones on the bag still plays neutral for some; less so for others - personal preferences are, well, personal. Wear a favorite outfit, wear them around the store- see what your gut and instincts tell you.

When I tried them, the contrast of three tones felt less neutral alongside the black w/ black suede.

Also, more color combos yet to come, so if none of the current crop speak to you, sit tight- your dream Rogue may still be under wraps.

I agree; the black is the most neutral because you don't have the colored lining peaking out. I do like seeing the oxblood in pics on the Purse Forum though. Just haven't decided if that color with the lining is right for me even though a lot of my clothing goes well with that color.

The mineral isn't green and the suede pockets aren't mustard color. Good luck deciding!

Ordered Rogue 25 in saddle over the weekend. SA is overnighting to me so I will get it tomorrow. Nervous anticipation...I really hope I like it but have never ordered a bag completely sight unseen (except for that one picture, which, who knows, is even accurate). Will definitely post pictures tomorrow when I get it!

Point taken. Whatever you want to call it- caramel, camel, mustard, yellow-orange, point is they're a contrast. They're not mineral. Each color on its own- mineral or lining, neutral. Together, well, that's personal.
