Awesome! Hopefully you get use to the weight and don't mind it too much. It doesn't really bother me but I'm use to super heavy bags. Before I got my Rogue, I was using Alexander Wang Rocco's and Rockies for like 4+ years.
I thought the weight would bother me, but it doesn't. I've split time between the short handles and crossbody. I commute by train, so she does get carried a lot. The only time I think it's heavy is when I put my iPad in.
Thank you! This is my absolute favorite bag! To answer your question, no, there is no kisslock in the 25 size. One side has a zippered pocket like the normal Rogue and the other side has a snap pocket instead of the kisslock.
