that's where I think I will be listing, I heard mixed reviews for other sites, but ebay and paypal fees take a huge chunk and buyers seem to always want a "better" deal even though the price is lower than my cost--have to get over the logic on that. Though i do think returning at the coach store would be my best bet...can you imagine me bringing in 4 rogues in mint condition and with stuffing/wrapping to return and before I receive my credit on the credit card I am sitting down discussing a custom rogue.....sure would make the SA do a triple take don't you think? cost wise, that is the way to go...I just feel awkward doing store returns and also have a huge LV collection to boast. If I can sell some of the rogues I am definitely ordering the custom pink rogue.

I see...well, personally I have no issue returning multiple items, not only handbags -- (especially to customer-friendly Nordstrom), although I've never done that in an actual FP Coach store -- plus, I wait way past Coach's allowable return date, so I do end up selling on EBay, usually unworn NWT Coach stuff.

But I agree, by the time you pay off EBay and PayPal, you don't make a dime -- or worse, lose money!

One of the downsides of being a hoarder, haha!

So you're planning on getting a custom made pink Rogue?

Good idea! Saves being embarrassed! If the bags still have tags and are in the 30 day limit, I'd return them. You probably won't get a decent return on ebay or any of the others. You'll get some $$ but not what you spent. JMO

Yeah, EBay and PayPal charge extortion rates for the convenience -- you know, like hotel minibars or eateries near your gate at the airport! Their bread and butter is comprised of undisciplined individuals, such as myself, heh heh...

If you return them to the store still perfectly packaged and with your receipt, the SA's really have no reason to be annoyed -- the "kiss your butt" service IS included in the purchase price, (excuse my French, pls).

Lol! I had a store hold the gold hardware black, and olive for me bc I wanted to exchange the DK denim. Went back and they sold both...was disappointed but was able to order online. I proceeded to return a DK denim rogue and the SA (several) were scruntinizing the purse and did not stop asking why I wanted to return it. I don't know why I wanted to return it honestly (because I ordered it again a few weeks later) maybe because I really just wanted the mineral and DK denim was close but not really. Never carried, brought it in with sales receipt paid with credit card all stuffing and black box all tags fully in tact. I didn't carry it... I didn't looove it so it just sat there and I decided to return it. My daughter came with me and lucky they had couches my husband literally fell asleep waiting for them to return 865.65 to my my card for the legit purchase! Returns are not a common place here I suppose or this might be how the SA discourage returns. But it left a lasting bad taste in my mouth. I was uncomfortable being the only customer in the store with several SA just standing and staring while I waited for the return. It took over an hour...they examined it and tore the wrapping and took out the stuffing...I never shopped at that coach location again. Btw, I bought the DK denim at that very location too! I never returned to store again....sent a few back to jax bc of indents what not but still...kinda wished I just hated the rogue but it's quite the opposite. So I am humbled to keep spending $$$ with them.....

Fully wrapped bags with tags and within the return time frame? Definitely return those babies to the store. (Or Jax) Get your courage up, pull out your favorite Rogue and just go get your hard earned money back. [emoji56]
I know it's hard (it is for me, for sure), but this is your hard earned $$$ which you will just turn around and spend on Coach anyway. You can do this! [emoji106]

Return them to Jax, then. 1 hour to return an item seems like way too long. You are so right to not go back to that store.

You can just email customer service and they will email back with a UPS return shipping label to print out. I have done it several times for items I bought directly from a boutique.
Omg, I can't believe I just read that!! i think I'm going to send them the soho exclusive with the missing beaded eye. I have the receipt but I carried it a few times already...can it be returned?
