I’m still waiting to get my bag reviewed for the snap closure to get fixed…seriously not buying from Balenciaga again
maybe chase them for a reply? when i bought my bag recently i told my SA at Harrods that if the buttons are defectve and i showed your photos to her they said the bal bags have a 2 year perod when they will fix quality issues such as the snapped buttns fall off or exchange (other than normal wear and tear)
This is embarrassing and such bad customer service. I understand that you're completely turned off to ever purchase from them again. I would be too.

I’m so over this. I have 0 patience. Wait another 14 weeks to get the snap fixed, once the bag is received. SMH.

And it’s because of you and this CS that I ultimately chose to buy a vintage Hermes instead. Do better Balenciaga! You lost a few customers today.
I purchased the Rodeo mini in the ilive green yesterday and I absolutely adore it. If they bring out the small in a colour other than black then I will buying it too.
