"Due to the current volume of requests we are receiving" is terrifying! It is implying that tons of merchandise is defective! Did someone not think that this makes the brand look bad?…. More waiting

I doubt it will take 14 weeks. But I understand your frustration.It would’ve made me feel better if they just opted to send me a replacement bag. Nope. They just offered to fix a snap closure that’s supposedly going to take 14 weeks to fix…but now, they have to order the parts for a snap closure…

I saw the Bag in person today too. I think the photos make the bag look nicer than it actually is. I wasn’t too impressed with it and felt pretty underwhelming for the price point.Well I finally went and looked at the in person. I’m happy enough with my old 2005 bals, and my Kelly. I don’t need this.
