I hope this works. It's pretty much just like this but more sparkly.

I'm waiting for the diamond experts as far as quality. As for the piece itself, it's stunning but very formal. Would you get a lot of wear out of this piece? For the money, I'd personally choose a piece that I could wear everyday, like the Tennis bracelet version of this necklace (but you may already have one?)

I love this piece so much I think I'd never take it off! I have a tennis bracelet already. My boyfriend likes the necklace a lot but is of the opinion that it would be more fun to buy a few smaller pieces for that amount of money and over a period of time. I think it's a classic piece that I could wear for years to come but really wanted some feedback before I decide.

i think skyqueen rocks a tennis necklace for lack of better term and it looked fab on her

everything looks fab on her. She's an inspiration.
LOL!
I love my tennis necklace but like to wear it layered. I have a lot of diamond necklaces I layer it with...this is a Roberto Coin.

Thingofbeauty...this is almost the same specs of the necklace you are thinking of buying. 8 tcw, G-H, VS2-SI1. It looks great alone paired with diamond studs or drops, too.
I have had mine several years and can't remember how much I paid. I have the paperwork somewhere but for some reason think around 12K.
Fabulous graduation present and something a little bit different...an investment but I think you'll be happy!!!

That's what I did...get the classics first. By the time you buy all the little pieces you could have bought the statement piece.
This necklace isn't that dressy either...can be worn with jeans and a T and looks great!
I look at a tennis necklace the same way as a tennis bracelet, dress it up or down.
Very versatile!

I completely agree! I would wear that bad boy with everything! 😁
A tennis necklace is definitely on my list 😊

Without certs on the stones to know cut quality, there's no way to know how well cut they are. BUT for that carat weight it's not out of line for price.

Who is the source? A jeweler or chain or what?

The other thing you may consider............
Depending on where you are buying this necklace...do they take trade-ins? 14/18kt gold, old diamond rings/earrings/bracelet? Get rid of anything you don't wear.
Can't hurt to ask!
I just had 12K diamond drop earrings made and they cost me 2K because I traded in old rings I didn't wear. Of course you don't get a lot of money but it adds up.....................

This looks so good on you! I love your jewelry. I agree about the small pieces. I have a few but I find when I have somewhere special to go my options are really limited as most of them feel too small or too ordinary. I don't thin the store will do trade ins though.
