one of those guards didn't well that today to me. I'm if this was the same one.
From the linked article above, he appears to be the guard that followed the coffin and would have been in back (and helped to lift the casket) as it was taken up the long flight of steps at Windsor. Perhaps he was one of the guards who collected the head gear from the pallbearers???

oh okay thanks.

I have just read these news:

An 18-year-old soldier has been found dead at an army barracks in London, only days after walking with the Queen’s coffin during her state funeral last month.
Jack Burnell-Williams, who served with the Household Cavalry, died on Wednesday after being found unresponsive at Hyde Park Barracks in Knightsbridge.

R.I.P. :(

As I see, you have read that news as well.

I am not sure whether I am allowed to tell this:

When I wanted to post the news about the death of Jack Burnell-Williams in another forum where I had also opened a thread about Queen Elizabeth II, I found that the thread had been closed now for any future answers.

I wonder if that is really necessary?
There could still be members there who would still give their comments.

That is as if the Queen had now died a second time. :(
