I'm glad the grandchildren got to hold their vigil. It must have been really difficult, having the public file past. It's a huge responsibility, especially for the younger ones. Still, they'll be proud to have done it and it will always be their last gift to their beloved gran. Oh no...here I go again....

Ugh. I'm watching a saved livestream of Sky News and the commentator just said about the grandchildren's vigil (they have not arrived yet) "This is a very public place. And grief is a very private thing."

I found that vigil more moving than last nights tbh. Well done all, especially to Louise and James. Edward and Sophie looked on quite proudly, and James was on the side facing his parents. As a mother, I'd want my youngest facing me too.

I watched this just now, very moving. They all look great, William especially looks every bit the Prince of Wales. Special shout out to Zara Tindall and Peter Phillips, they both look great.

The Queen's four granddaughters came together to honour their grandmother by standing vigil at Westminster Hall on Saturday night.
Blast, I missed it
The commentator seems chill ... and the candle reflection flickering in the crown and scepter got me for some reason. There is a bit of pre-amble so you really catch the mood; 9:50 starts the grandchildren.
To me, Will looked like he was having a hard time not crying. A lot of jaw clenching (which he does a lot) and his lips would sometimes move a bit, his face was very pinkish red. Peter also seemed to be trying very hard to control his face.
