Well, thanks to you lovely ladies and posting problems that you were having with your Carlys I went and inspected mine and sure enough I had fraying. So today I took it to my regular boutique and all I had to do was mention Carly and repair and they let me pick out a new bag for the full purchase price of my Carly! Who is up for a quick reveal?

So I never knew I liked this bag until I tried it on and realized it was perfect for me. And when I started taking pictures of it I knew she was a keeper! There are not strip teases here, its all coming off!!

No kidding! I have to say this is the biggest reason why I am so loyal to them. I have not considered buying other designer bags because I am always treated like I am important and because they stand by their product. My husband even agrees that this is reason enough to continue shopping with them over any other designer.
