Rings on all fingers....

I am a ring person. With that said, I usually wear one on each hand. I vary it (dainty versus chunky, single versus stacked diamond bands, plain versus diamonds, diamond versus colored, white versus yellow) depending on my mood and overall look. Sometimes I like to wear just 1 ring to put the focus on that particular piece.

As a personal opinion, Im very "anal" about my rings rubbing together and getting scratched up. At least with stackable rings, they dont move against each other. :smile1:

I really don't like wearing rings! I like necklaces the most then bracelets and earrings.

I have a couple nice rings I have collected over the years but sadly all I do is admire them!

i own over 100 good rings. and probably another 100 costume rings.

i try to keep it down to 3 rings total.

.. i think that rings on every finger is very gaudy. I use to do this in grade school.. because that is what kids do.

but there is definitely such thing as wearing and overdoing too much jewlery.

It puts off a certain perception when people see a woman with rings on every finger.

i am not trying to be rude.. just trying to help you out.

My gosh!! How you guys like to wear rings in all the fingers I think it must be very difficult to take care of those rings and also to look after them every now and then and in a fear of not to loose them.

I think you are right it doesn't look good on part of a women wearing so many rings.I think when it comes to women wearing so many rings and working in a professional field the impression that women gives on her part on others is not good.So I think why at only at work place anywhere in daiy life too it has bad impact on your character in the eyes of others don't take me other way I am putting forward my views.

ITA. I mean, everyone has his/her own sense of style.... For me, however, I find wearing more than 2 (maybe 3) rings to be very gaudy. I've tried wearing 4 rings, just to see how it looked. It looked awful (to me at least). I prefer a more subtle bling. I wear two diamond rings, a ruby/diamond heart necklace, LV bracelet, Chanel J12, and BIG diamond earrings on a daily basis. Since I wear jewelry just about everywhere visible, having more than 2 rings would just be wayyy overkill.

It's different if you're counting those thin, stackable rings though. IMO, wearing 3 thin/stackable rings counts as 1 ring.

Im a minimalist when comes to wear jewelry, i only wear my diamond J12, and 1 or 2 plain rings (stacked together) most of the days. I try to keep it down to 3 jewelry total, so if someday i wear a bracelet or necklace, i would take off the rings or wear only 1.

I only wear my wedding rings on my left hand. sometimes I'll wear my david yurman on my right ring finger. I don't wear any rings to work because I'm a nurse and even with good handwashing I may spread some germs under a ring.

exactly. i totally agree. i wear way too much jewlery as it is. sometimes I look in the mirror and say.. jeesh. take something off.

i always wear a watch. always wear a bracelet on the opposite hand. sometimes more then one. always have on at least two rings. a necklace or two. and earrings. not to mention navel ring and toe ring...LOL

I feel like such a guido sometimes..lol :wlae:

Same. I honestly feel naked without my jewelry. It just makes me feel "complete" as sad as that sounds lol.

I love my rings! I usually only wear one or two at a time because I have a tendancy to knock them on things though, and I worry... :push: But here are my three favorites!

From L to R, first is pink tourmaline and diamonds in 14k circa 1965, it belonged to my mom. Second has a turtle carved out of green tourmaline with spessartite garnets set in 22k. I got it from eBay and I love it! Third is a crazy ring I made out of sterling silver (shank) and found plastic pieces! I love to make jewelry..
