RG/Pink/Rose gold fading / tarnishing?

Have had my trinity cord bracelet since 2019 which was also also pre-loved. The authentication card states cord bracket was purchased in 2017 so it’s about 6 yr old - have not seen the rose gold fade.

I’ve noticed some people say that the rose gold on the trinity still looks distinctive, where as some people that have had their YG and RG loves stacked can hardly tell the difference over time. Weird

Hmm interesting. I wonder if the Trinity’s rose gold alloy has more copper than the Loves to make it rosier/ pinkier. It makes sense in my head given the design of the intertwined rings that are different golds.

Like the Clash’s rose gold is very distinct to the other classics (Love, JUC, Trinity) rose golds.

This is after years of heavy wear.
I don’t think it has turned totally yellow. Just less pink.

I have been wearing my small RG JUC nearly everyday for a year now and it is still RG,no change. Have worn in the shower, put lotion on with it, etc. I-hope that helps!

My RG Love bracelet is definitely more yellow than pink. Lol. HIH

To be quite fair, Cartier’s rose gold is notorious to already originally look very yellow gold.
I have both golds on my love bracelets on daily and they do look similar but the rose gold still has the orange hue in it.

My Trinity cord bracelet rings are still very distinct WG, RG & YG. Never take it off, had for at least 5 years.

I've Been wanting to get a rose gold love cuff but was also considering yellow gold. Should I just not bother with RG if it fades? Seems they end up looking so close in color unless you have them stacked (which I won’t be doing).

Or just say to heck with it and get white gold?

Thank you! This is good to know. I wouldn't be wearing the bracelet every day so maybe the RG would last longer. I'll have to decide when I go try them on

I have them for few years. I noticed it 3 weeks ago when I got new JUC and rainbow Love in RG.
