I just received my gold WOC back from being restored at Leather Surgeons. I think they did a beautiful job. I'm so happy with it!

Sure. They usually respond to emails within 24 to 48 hours. The work on my WOC cost $175. I sent it in mid January but just got it back today. They originally said 2 weeks but they were busy. The owner actually called me himself to discuss the repair. He was a delight to talk to. I did miss my bag during that time, but the work was worth it.

This looks like a brand new bag! I fear taking my Chanel Claire out with my jeans. It a shame as I wanted to wear it with my jeans to mix high and low fashion.
