I assume I'd have found that information somewhere if it existed, but I thought I'd ask. Does anyone know of resources that have catalogued the designs by name, even if it doesn't show all colorways?

Cheval Fleuri by Henri d'Origny. First issued in 1962. The market determines the value. You can search eBay to see what scarves go for. No selling on the forum, though! Good luck!

I know NOTHING about Hermes- other than it's beautiful. I told my boss I would sell this Hermes scarf for her on ebay....but I don't know anything about it...does anyone know the name, year, value etc? I don't even know where to begin!

TIA

Thanks,
I am very well aware there is no selling. I searched ebay and it's tough to figure a price- because scarves go from $50 up to over $1000. Is this a rare or desired or limited edition scarf? I'll just have to cross my fingers and hope I pick the right starting point.

argone, thanks for the link! It's very useful.

Grandmommie, come join us over at the scarf of the day thread (click here) too if you like, to see some H silkies in action and the different methods people use to tie their beauties.
