Well, after obsessing for months and months, I finally broke down and washed 5 of my H scarves as well as a Burberry silk scarf.
I purchased a small, plastic kitty litter box that fits in my kitchen sink. I used water as cold as I could get it with a little baby shampoo. Then I swished the scarf around. Washing twice and rinsing each scarf about 3 times in the final rinse.
Then I quickly balled up the scarf in my hands and squeezed, just to get rid of the excess water. Do not ring or twist!
Then I rolled the scarf in a clean towel and then twisted.
About 30 minutes later, before the scarf was completely dry, I placed a large towel on a laminate work table I have in my craft room, placed the scarf on the towel and a white, cotton pillow case over the scarf. I ironed each scarf, avoiding the hems of course.
They turned out beautifully!!! :yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:

Thanks for your help, KansasKate!!!

Tank you so much :smile1:

Ladies! Thank you for your effort. These pictures is all I have but Sdsurfchick, I beleive you are right re, what it says on top.
Sophieg, thank you for the illustration, it really looks it could be the one the scarf is based on.

FYI, as nobody seemed to know anything about this scarf, I sent a request to Hermes and they wanted me to send it to them (which I was unable to do, not owning the scarf). So I guess even they don't know.

Let's hope it turnes up again somewhere.
Best regards,
I know this is quite an old post but I'm hoping you will read my comments... I have this scarf but with red around the outside not green? I can't find any info on it at all - can anyone help?

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct place but I have the scarf you are talking about but with red polka dots. Can anyone help me date it & identify it?

Hi Ladies,

I am a newbie and have a quick question....how likely it is to find a design from the previous year?
I really like the "C'est la fete" design but from what I could find it was from 2012. Would I be able to find it in stores? Or would I need to go to resellers?

Thanks!

If you are lucky, a store might have the CW you like still available. I think I read somebody finding one in a store just a few days ago. So it might be worth it to call around just in case, although chances are probably slim. You never know! Good luck!!

I have been looking at a few Tutankhamun scarves from a seller on ebay, whom I have read on the forum to very reputable, and have noticed that the copy right marks are in very different locations or can't find the copy right mark at all on scarves of different color combinations. Is that common?

There is actually a scarf information thread that details this subject in depth, have a look - or search - at a thread of this type in the Reference section here, if I could remember which and where it was i'd link it for you.
