Saw the the Supernail brand Pro Gel in person at Ulta today (KS). Nice display, nice colors, wonder how well it applies, wears, etc. Anyone here used it?

Looks like they just put the display up. I took cell phone pics, but can't get them sent to my computer. They also have nice swatched color wheels, which is really really nice to see.

It's been just lumped in with the "others" which is fine with me. Though If a new thread starts I'd follow it too. Lol

I just used ProGel for the first time and I like it. I do not yet have wear experience as my mani was done yesterday AM.

I actually would prefer not to see more brand specific threads. The Gelish and Other Gel threads cover it all.

We should probably start a new thread on trugel, just gel, Progel!! All we have is their swatch thread!

Yes. I'd like that. I just ordered and received Progel Baltic. I'll post a swatch below. It's gorgeous!!

The top swatch is two layers of Baltic, middle is Baltic with Gelish Wiggle Finger Wiggle Thumbs (SO pretty) and because I have the swap box, I pulled the closest swatch in there which is Gelish Deep Sea to try to show a comparison.

Took the pic outside on a rainy day. Hard to get a good shot!

Yep, makes sense:smile1: Do you know of a brush that could be purchased alone this shape/size?? I know someone said she uses a #4? (I think) brush to apply her sog, but I think that's just a regular shaped brush....

I use the #4 brush (2 of them) one looks like a short fat bristled brush with slightly rounded edge, and one with a square edge that are just craft brush's but they work great! I will try to get a pic later today

Yeah, someone that had been in store said on FB that they were $14 whatever - I tuned out at thtat point, because I won't be spending $14+ on a bottle of ProGel either! I wouldn't spend $11. It will be nice to look at the colors before ordering online but they don't seem to have them all either. At least not the ones I was interested in.

I was really hoping they were going to have the full line JUST so I could make an accurate wish list and head to my local store or eBay. Oh well....

Very nice! It looks like Baltic is a really, really dark teal blue? It appears to have just a touch of green.... Glad you you are having fun with all your new polishes too :-)

Ouuu, Pretty!! Dark Green??? Looks like a slate blue w/purple-ish shimmer.....

Chic is a white pearlescent polish that will turn most dark polishes some shade of purple whenever you use it as a topper. This was one of my favorite combos :-)

At my Ulta they had the 8 new colors, but not the limited editions. I got One of a Kind, a nice light greyish purple frost that I will be one of my Spring colors. They also had the Progel that came out with some really nice new colors. The glitters were beautiful, but Trophy Cup was my favorite since it was more neutral than the others. I will use Ulta to see the colors IRL but will purchase on Amazon or EBay, much cheaper.

If it does that's awesome!!! I haven't tried it I just saw the restrictions on the Progel polish description!! It is ob my android Mobile web page view though!!! If the coupon worked for u, that it awesome!!!! I was getting a bit discouraged!!

For those with an android phone this should open!!

yea I just looked at the flyer I was going to head to Ulta today and see if they had the progel and try to use the coupon but I am not feeling well so I may go tomorrow. Doesnt hurt to try though right worst they can say is you cant use it . I am wondering if they classify it as like a "prestige" cosmetic but if they consider that a prestige couldnt they try and do that with like OPI or Zoya polishes too?

Gelish Waterfield 2 coats, RCM The Night is Young 1 coat. I used an orangewood stick to make wavy lines.

Yea I use a 6 when I Gelish structure and pot gels its like your basic most popular gel brush I would say a #4 is probably just a little bit smaller.
I use this one mainly and get great control and precision but I also take my time and dont rush.http://s7d3.scene7.com/is-viewers/f...e7.com/is/image/&image=SallyBeauty/SBS-527340
