Red Carpet Manicure

This is how I do it. Everyone has their way that works for them, this is mine. By the time I've painted the nail, there's very little left on the brush, so I just take a quick swipe with the brush at a 90 degree angle along the tip. my nail then is like, in the middle of the brush. This would really only work if your nails are past your fingertips, otherwise you'd end up painting your finger too, LOL

I do if they are pretty small. Or if I only want to get a couple more days out of the mani. As long as i'm not wearing a color that fades anyway, LOL. sometimes I have gotten a lot of wear out of chip repairs, it all depends, and I really haven't figured out what it depends on unfortunately, LOL.

I buff my topcoat, fill in the chip and cure (i dont' bother with basecoat for really small chips. If they are larger ones I will). then i just re-topcoat the whole nail and am done with it. The lazy girls way of fixing a manicure, lol.

That's too bad. I was really excited when you said some of them didn't look like dupes! LOL. I'll have to keep an eye out at my ulta's and check them out just to see what they all look like. I love looking at them anyway.

There is still a chance that a few are. What are some of the lighter Gelish purples? Other than princess tiara? That one may have been an original. There is 10 others we haven't seen yet either. I guess time will tell.

If you missed it so did I! Lol. I don't recall an ACG color like that either. I was thinking maybe it was like the entity amethyst studs from the swatch, but if it's this tone it would be much different.

Well ladies I just got back from Ulta and I am sad to say that my ulta didnt have any of the new colors not even the LE ones, I also asked a sales associate but it seems most are to lazy to even check in the back or dont want to. I have noticed this though with ulta they dont seem to get or put out things until weeks after they are said to be in stores how ever I did see that the website is selling the new colors. However my local sallys did have the new Gelish Candyland Collection and I picked up 3 out of the 5 colors and will be swatching and putting those up later

My Ulta didnt' even have the old colors very well-stocked, which is par for the course. They tend to keep the shelves half-empty of everything in the darn store!

That's very pretty. Reminds me of Lechat butterflies, but none of the Gelish/ACG colors.
