She is patient, kind, always takes my calls and goes above and beyond the call of duty. She even stayed late for me when i was having issues with my credit card putting up fraud protection and not allowing my sale to go through. She came in on her day off just to secure and wrap my flap. She is professional and a constant world of chanel information for all of my needs and questions. The wrapping job she does is impeccable and does more then necessary with tissue and ribbons to ensure safe travel. If you want a true pampered and fussed with experience when purchasing your next chanel item i would go to no one other then her. She is truly 150% in her job to make sure the customer is beyond happy.

I want to give Richard at Tyson's a shout out

He is the best shoe SA I have at NM


He hunted down a pair of sale shoes for me by calling various stores during insane sale times

AND he called me to follow up and make sure I get the shoes

Furthermore, I'm impressed cuz he didn't get th commission! He gave the commission to the SA who's on maternity leave and referred me to him!

He is the type that asks all the info upfront (sizes, account info, shipping etc) and make notes and work on requests

Very organized

Stacy at Saks is the best Saks Sales Associate I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I basically think she works 24/7! Whatever I request she does her best to find it for me EVEN during the "crazy insane" sales.
Patiently she helped me with my Credit Card purchases I have made with her. I am happy my credit card is looking after my best interest and couldn't thank Tracy enough for running and rerunning and rerunning my card. She also very specifically explained to me the point system and the Saks Credit Card.
Sincere thanks to the awesome TPFer who gave me her number and from that the rest is history. Daily she sends messages about current sales and new merchandise.

I recently bought my first Chanel bag, with SA Lena from Saks Tysons. She was able to help me decide between skins, and sizes. She was very helpful and I recommend her. She also helped me with louboutin shoes. I highly recommend her for bags and shoes. Her cell number is 201-602-3407 and she also has a whatsapp group where she posts her new stuff!

+1 I'm currently residing abroad and Lena was very helpful and able to fully assist me through whatsapp.
