Maria at Saks Bala Cynwyd is fantastic. She is the Fendi rep but will work all departments of Saks. She helped me pick out my bag (which I was there about 6 times before I decided which one I wanted!) and showed me so many different styles! She has also helped me with shoes, and womans clothing as well!

Just met Elizabeth Merriweather at Wynn when I was on vacation in Las Vegas two weeks ago. She is amazing, super helpful and polite. I just bought only one pair of sandals and she went out of her way to track down and had them shipped overnight to her store for me to pickup the next day.

Kyle from Chanel Nordstrom in Green Hills TN. So sweet and efficient. I usually buy through BG to avoid tax or my local SAKS for points but I had a Nordstrom GC so I randomly called and he was so great even tho I had no prior purchase history from Nordstrom. He send you new arrivals without being overbearing. I plan on purchasing again from him for next season.
