I highly recommend my SA Selen from the Saks in Philadelphia PA. I came to Selen from the recommendation of another TPF member and I am so grateful!!!! After not having a good line of communication with the SA I had been working with I called Selen to see if she could help me. She will hunt down as best she can whatever you are looking for. She is patient, kind, ALWAYS takes my calls and goes above and beyond the call of duty. She even stayed late for me when I was having issues with my credit card putting up fraud protection and not allowing my sale to go through. She came in on her day off just to secure and wrap my flap. She is professional and a constant world of Chanel information for all of my needs and questions. The wrapping job she does is impeccable and does more then necessary with tissue and ribbons to ensure safe travel. If you want a true pampered and fussed with experience when purchasing your next Chanel item I would go to no one other then her. She is truly 150% in her job to make sure the customer is beyond happy.

I can highly recommend Monica (there are two, both are lovely but I do mean the one thats is older than 25 ) at Selfrigeds, London, as well as Roberta (same boutique).

So so genuine, nice, polite and calm. unfortunately, they didnt have what I wanted so I did not buy anything but gosh, they were so nice! I have been to a lot of other boutiques and was even snobbed at in one headquarter. Defo would buy at Selfridges instead of harrods or the new bond street store...

She is amazing! She is very kind and genuine. Valerie always goes out of her way to help me find the item I'm searching for. She makes the Chanel shopping experience amazing! I truly feel like I've found a gem of a sales associate!! I should also add that I do a lot of my shopping via text (I'm not in NY) so if you're located in another state (or even out of the country) and looking for a general SA I highly recommend her!!

I completely agree! I haven't purchased my first Chanel yet, I'm on the wait list, but it was PJ from South Coast Plaza, who approached me and helped me. She made me feel so comfortable. I had never even set foot in a Chanel boutique and I was a bit nervous. She explained to me the history and she showed me the difference between a jumbo and a med/large (I was trying to decide which one I preferred). I can't believe the luck I had to meet her!!

Another +1 for Anita at the SF boutique. She is extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend her.

+100 for Anita Hui at San Francisco, simply the best over there and of course my favorite SA at Neiman Marcus Walnut Creek, Anna! Always so responsive with pics in lightning speed. She got me my purple boy with rainbow hardware when everywhere else were sold out. Big 👍 to her!
