I highly recommend Marisol at Saks, Dadeland Mall, FL. Her number is (305) 904-5693. You can text or call her. She's very friendly and helpful. Tell her that Valentine referred you to her.
My two are Christine Zembower at the Chanel 57th Street boutique in New York and Natalija Voroncova at Chanel New Bond Street in London. Both are equally as amazing. I have worked with both for years. True Chanel ambassadors.
I highly recommend Karen a Saks SA from Beechwood, Ohio!!!
She's seriously the sweetest SA alive. She will go out of her way to get to get the items that you are looking for. She also does non Chanel items also and responds extremely fast to texts! I recommend her to my cousin and she absolutely adores Karen also!

I went back quite a few pages and could not find any SA rec for NYC Madison Ave location, the one in Upper East Side... (my fave location, so calm and quiet, and lots of bags!)
So I am nominating my SA, Andrea!!! She is such a doll, she answers all my (endless) questions & she will actually get back to you quickly and more! I would never have been able to nab my once-in-a-lifetime green python mini if it weren't for her

Just had the most lovely experience with EVE at the Chanel boutique Inside pritemps in Paris. She was nice patient just an all around awesome SA and person. Plus if you ask for her straight away you won't have to stay in that linE. Tell her Barbara from miami who loves hermes sent you.

Lauren Milstein @ saks, I messaged countless S.As and got the same answer but she went above and beyond to find what I was looking for. She is lovely and is so quick at replying to emails! email: [email protected] instagram: LaurenAtSaks. Also ships overseas here to Australia
I emailed/texted/called MULTIPLE SAs last night and this morning on the hunt for the Chanel Caviar WOC and Lauren promptly responded, added me to her email list of goodies, sent me a picture to confirm the style of bag and sent me confirmation of location with Saks all within 30 minutes!! Please contact her for all your needs!
I agree about Laura of Saks. She's the best Chanel SA I have ever encountered. She responds to my emails all the time. Most of the SA I have corresponded with never even bothered to reply.
I also highly recommend Lauren - I was looking for a caviar jumbo, and reached out to several SAs. Only Lauren went above and beyond and was able to find me a blue jumbo within 1 hour of contact. She responds to emails very quickly, and her colleague was also very friendly. Definitely recommending Lauren.
