Karen Benson at Saks is the best! She is at Beechwood OH but if you need anything from her, she can ship it to you. She found my new medium black boy today and I've only emailed her yesterday! The best recommended Sales Associate from Chanel Saks Beverly Hills is Christina Pham.

I asked what I needed and she took the time to find the item, took great*quality pictures from different angles to show me, and the best of all is Christina is friendly and wanting to help.

It's difficult to find someone willing to help because I had a person from Greenwich CT helping me find a bag and she wouldn't show me any pictures. When the bag came it was damage so I returned it.

So I appreciate Christina Pham for taking the time to help me and letting me know that it's in perfect condition. I give her 10 stars.

At 42, Avenue Montaigne, Marie L. 01 40 70 82 00 (her extension is 37 instead of the 00). She was able to accommodate me after I went across the street to check stock there and then accommodate me while she was helping another couple. Very professional.
